As someone who loves doing my nails at home, I’ve always struggled with the mess that comes with filing and buffing. I mean, nail dust gets everywhere, and honestly, it’s a pain to clean up. Plus, I was getting a bit worried about inhaling all that fine dust every time I filed my nails. That’s when I decided to try out the Melodysusie Nail Dust Collector, and I have to say I'm seriously impressed.First off, the design is sleek and doesn’t take up a ton of space on my desk. It looks professional, but it’s also pretty compact, so it fits perfectly without crowding my workspace. The surface is smooth, making it super easy to wipe down, and the LED light gives it a little extra touch of polish.Now, let’s talk about performance. I was honestly amazed at how well this dust collector works. The suction power is so much stronger than I expected! It captures pretty much all the nail dust while I’m filing or buffing, which has been a total game-changer for me. I don’t have to deal with dust flying all over the place anymore, and it’s honestly such a relief not having to clean up every time. It’s also not too loud, so I can use it without it being distracting or annoying.Okay cleaning it…I was worried that cleaning it would be a hassle, but thankfully, that’s not the case. The filter is super easy to remove, and emptying it is quick and simple. I’ve had this dust collector for a little while now, and it still works like a charm—no loss of suction or weird noises.

UPDATE: I contacted Melodie Susie via their website and provided my Amazon order info. They promptly sent me a new item. VERY impressed with the customer service!I used this approximately 10 times, and it worked very well. Unfortunately, at exactly 6 months after delivery, it turns on but the fan doesn’t work. I had to sit outside to file off my nail color. 😭I’m not impressed with the longevity. It was an expensive item, and I hope they’ll reply to my warranty claim.

Collects all the dust. Minimal noise. It’s a great investment.

Purchased this in Dec 23. It worked well while it lasted. It recently shut off on me about 3days ago and has came back on since. I did get a good yr use out of the product. However, considering the fact it wasn't used everyday and no more than 3x a week. I feel like it should have lasted longer than a year. So, can't say I'll purchase this one again. Wasn't a spectacular performance to risk another buy to only get another possible year of usage.

As a nail tech, I'm constantly exposed to dust and particles. This device has been a lifesaver! It captures everything, leaving my workspace clean and my air clear. My clients appreciate the extra attention to detail, and I feel safer knowing I'm not inhaling nail dust. Highly recommend!

I have only used it a handful of times since my purchase earlier this month, and I’m pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product itself, along with the filter. It has a sleek design, doesn’t get in the way when I’m doing my nails, on/off touch buttons work beautifully. This has been a lifesaver collecting all the dust, whether I’m filing manually or using the MelodySusie efile. You can’t go wrong with this product. Even the sound is pleasant, however; if you’re watching tv or talking to someone, the volume must be up a few notches. I highly recommend this product to anyone wanting a high quality product for a reasonable price. Cheap isn’t always better.

I love that it all just fits together nicely and is 2 in 1 and I don't need to have 2 separate items. Packaged really nicely! The dust collector has a really nice and sleek look to it, surprisingly very lightweight. The hand piece is lightweight as well but sturdy. I will say though, that when working be mindful of the buttons. They are pretty sensitive to the touch, a light bump can easily turn it off or mess up your current settings. It also comes with 5 sanding bands in various grits as well as 5 cuticle bits and a mandrel for the sanding bands.Filing was very nice, I used it to file down hard gel nails it filed them down very nicely and didn't really skip at all even on the lower settings. Hand piece runs nice and quiet, the only noise you really get is from the fan when you are running it at either medium/high speed. Filter caught all the dust and was easy to clean it out before storing. I wrapped it in some of the paper towels I work on and just lightly patted the back of the filter to knock the dust out of it.Mine did take almost 2 weeks to ship, but overall it was definitely worth the waiting!

Disappointing. I bought these because they were listed as compatible with my MelodySusie dust collector, but they don’t fit properly. The size is slightly off and doesn’t seal like the original filter, which affects suction. Frustrating since they’re from the same brand. I even did a Double-check of the model before buying.
