Q: What kind of fabric is it? Cotton?

95% Rayon + 5% Spandex make these extremely soft and therefore, comfortable to wear. Of possible interest to you as well, are the Care Instructions on the tag: Wash Temp max 40C, Normal process, whatever that means. 40 C = 104 F by the way; I Googled it. The Drying Instructions say "Do NOT Tumble Dry" - a nuisance because you have to wait for these to dry either flat or by hanging them up. Either way, you can't dry these in the machine due to their high rayon content. This is conveniently not mentioned in the Product Description... Had it been, I don't know if I would have purchased these, although now that I have them and am wearing them, I do not regret the purchase despite the drying inconvenience.

No. I haven’t noticed that at all I love these pajamas!

Q: How long is the pants in inseam?

I don't know. They didn't last very long (got rid of them after 3 washings). They shrunk and the material "pilled". I won't order them again.
