Rubbish!The refill bottle has no hole in the nozzle.But that’s ok because it matches the dispenser watch because there’s no hole in that either.When I went to look at the reviews all but one of them are for completely a different product!! So it gets 4.5 stars but the only review for this product is 1 star.It will teach me to read reviews and not just look at the numbers of stars.Annoying as there were so many other similar products and I chose this because it had 4.5 stars.

What a waste of time & money! I bought 4, one for myself, one for my mother & one each for our carers, they arrived with no information or instruction with them. And they also arrived with any holes, to fill with sanitizer or to dispense the sanitizer - I find that very, very odd - are they all made like this, & we are meant to guess that we have to.make the holes ourselves, thus intentionally damaging a clearly defective product??
