So much fun for grandson who hadn't experienced a chocolate fountain before. Quick turnaround which was ideal as this was a replacement and arrived in time for party. Easy to clean which is a very big positive. Was thoroughly worked out and was a big hit for all guests. As it is easy to assemble and clean it will get more use than my previous model. Great value

This is great for parties! My kids love it and it really does the job. Not going to lie they’re a pain to clean. It is just about the right size. It’s a bit slow to heat up I’d recommend pre melting the chocolate or there’s a good chance you’ll be there for ages waiting for it to melt.

After reading negative reviews I was skeptical but I’m glad I bought it as it worked perfectly and I even bought it ‘used-like new’ for a cheaper price, it was just the packaging that was damaged which is fine. Easy to set up just make sure you put the pieces on ‘umbrella style’ not like ’cups’ (which is why people were complaining on the reviews, duhhh!) use chocolate that has 30% or higher cocoa butter content, we used cooking chocolate bars from Tesco £1.50 each and used 5 bars (for 4 kids and 10 adults) so much cheaper than couverture chocolate, melting it first on the stove in a bowl on top of hot water. Use more chocolate though for a better flow maybe 900g-1kg for a steady flow for 5 hours. It stayed hot for as long as we had it on. Easy to clean in hot soapy water and ready to use again next time. Can’t fault it 🙏🩷

Poor - despite following the instructions and adding oil the chocolate to make thinner it still wouldn't push all the way to the top of the fountain, motor sounded like it was struggling and wouldn't get any further than half way, had to pour the chocolate over myself to give it the effect.

Bought it for a birthday party and it was a total hit ! Very easy to set up and use.

My son loves this fountain but it’s a pain to clean. We used cooking chocolate as it seemed to flow but would use better tasting chocolate next time. Think this is one that will stay in the cupboard and come out at birthdays.

Great product, speedy to setup, simple to use just make sure the melted chocolate is fluid enough for decent flow. Great value for money.
