Just the Job
Used this on my motorhome plastic shower tray and I’m pretty happy with the results so far. I’d had the tray repaired and then Speedcoated, which was fine, but not at all white, then a school boy error saw me adding a very weak bleach solution down the plugole that mixed with the remnants of some citric acid I had in the grey tank, which must have come back up the drain pipe, spilled out on to the shower tray and discoloured it yellow before draining away again. After doing some research I found this product and brought it to complete the task and glad I did, as it looks and works great. Think the finish is reflected in the preparation, so no grease, muck or loose dirt and be sure to roughen it up to aid adhesion, then I used a brush to apply it. I’ve read about the fact that it’s a small tin, but if that’s what you choose to buy, that’s what you’ll get, as they do sell bigger tins if needed, however the small tin was more than enough. I did two coats, leaving it a full 24 hours between application and there’s still enough left to either put a third coat on, or like me, I’ll use it to do two coats on the plastic sink.Would definitely recommend it 👍🏻

Perfect
Painted the shower tray which was discoloured. Fabulous finish. Shower tray looks brand new. I decanted this into a small paint tray and used a mini roller to put this on. Gave a very good finish.

Chips of after a few months
Impossible to clean as it produces a textured finish for grip. After a few months it's flaked off in places

Great Finish & Value
Used a small artist brush to paint the inside around the edge along the side of the shower frame. Then used a larger 3/4 inch brush to slow work around the top, then around the sloping sides. Re-brush where it looks like you have applied too much (you can cover this with the 2nd coat). Paint the lower run away sections next, then brush in to the general standing area. Finally I painted the drain away plug. Repeat 24hr later. The paint is very fluid which is good as it allows brushstrokes to disappear. Applied a little extra dobvor two in places to fill in chips after and a final touch up on the drain away. Wife Very impressed.Just a quick add here. Make all best preparation that you can. Use visual, white vinegar and baking soda to remove limescale and the curve of a spoon to remove stubborn bits. I then used wire wool and rinsed and towel dried begire painting

Not just for showers!
Used this to re-coat a badly discoloured plastic vanity sink in a bedroom - so pleased with the result and certainly proved to be a better option than replacing the basin. A light sanding and two coats - leave 24 hours between each coat, as it says on the tin. Basin looks great - so white and shiny! Cannot comment on longevity but it certainly looks good. Do wear a mask and ventilate during the work as this is pungent stuff!
