They are pretty sour but they didn't melt or have any weird effects on me. I think they support my immune system - I got sick and recovered pretty quickly!

These Vitamin C gummies are super tasty. I was honestly shocked because gummies can be very hit or miss. These are not sticky at all and almost remind me of a sour gummy with a light sugar coating. Too sour for me. I got gummy because it’s mostly sweet enough to chew on where chewable vitamins are so tart. These make me cringe to chew on.
