We ordered this for our homeschool classroom so that my then 1st grader could more easily visualize math problems without have free pieces (those little plastic bears are cute though). She is now in 2nd grade and we continue to use the abacus for addition and subtraction. It will also help us with multiplication/division when the time comes. I wish I had one when I was a kid!

Cute lots of small numbers. Wish they were on big cards. Great to teach basic math.

My son loves math now. This is super flimsy bc the screws but my son still uses it laying down. It's made math fun for him.

I am a homeschool mom and this Abacus works great! Its sturdiness is ok. I don't know if its my table but it easily tips over. However, seems very well made. I have two boys who like to destroy things. SO, so far its still intact :)
