Durarara!!, Vol. 3 - manga (Durarara!!, 3) (Volume 3)

I must admit that I didn't read the manga before I saw the anime but after seeing the anime and finding out that the manga is out in English, I simply had to buy it. I love this manga very much and felt that the manga captures a different aspect of the story than the anime. I definitely will recommend this to anyone who loved the anime and anyone who is interested in a supernatural/slice of life/comedy (albeit dark sometimes) story.A little bit about the book itself. I have the Japanese version of the manga as well and I must say that the English version is slightly inferior to the Japanese version. The Japanese version comes with a removable protective jacket while the English version just has a printed cover with no jacket. In my opinion, I'd prefer having the jacket instead of just the printed paper cover. Otherwise, the printing is of good quality and the translation was pretty well done. (I just wish there were more translator's notes - some nuances in Japanese just needs to be explained in order to be enjoyed fully or as it was intended).

The book came in creased

A good read for kids. I buy this and then other books to get the kids to read their book and one I like

Great manga

It’s like it’s been slashed by a knife and it has damaged the front cover and 7 pages of the book. I’m very unhappy ☹️

The book it's self is absolutely amazing, i'd recommend it to anyone.However, i ordered this as a brand new copy. But, when it came one of the corners on the front cover was scuffed and creased over :( AND, both the front and back covers sprung out as if someone had rolled the up to do so. Overall this felt more like a second hand copy, which is a real shame.

The book came with a little cosmetic damage to the front which appears to be made when inside of the factory as the packaging was fully intackedApart from that it made a great gift and girlfriend was very pleased

As a story that although has little speech from one character it really speaks for it itself, the art, story and personality of the book is amazing
