Purchased as a gift
Purchased as a gift mostly for the controller, the game was a bonus. Works great and they now have a working backup.

No game just the controller.
As mentioned by others, the box came open and did not come with the game code, just the controller. Both on the original order and the replacement. Not OK.

Sold as new by amazon but was not new and missing 1/2 its items
Amazon is becoming notorious of selling things as new knowing that they aren't and may be missing pieces, thankfully it was a good price at the time and I'm not a massive fan of FIFA but still it was supposed to come with the game and the ultimate team code as well as PS plus trial and there was no codes included. Someone clearly bought this controller. took out what they wanted and returned it back to amazon. Amazon didn't check to ensure all items were returned and relisted it as new

Can't get a standalone controller brand new for under $100, no problem. But the FIFA Controller combo pack.

No product code, controller does not work, box was opened
I bought this brand new condition, straight from Amazon. No product code, controller does not work, box was opened on arrival. Setup a replacement, hopefully that one will be in new condition.

Just the controller
3 out of 5 stars because it does not come with the game like advertised, just the controller. Controller works fine though

Shipped in a plastic bag. seal was broken game voucher and manual were missing.
