This is just a list of activities. I could have easily done this without handing over money to Amazon. There are things listed I have done or will do in the future.

I am a Lic. Clinical SW...I am quick to recommend highly to clients who need 9 min. (or more!) to quell a craving. Amazing each page has such varied & unique tasks. I tell my clients to turn to any page & commit to doing 1 task on the page. They are sure to find one!

Some of the ideas are kind of silly and make no sense but if you’re real bored and want something to do it has some good ideas.

I put this book in Christmas stockings. Had some fun & interesting ideas!

I’m giving this to my sister for her birthday. There are great suggestions in here to stay off your phone. Unless you are writing reviews of course!

A lot of ideas are kind of stupid but there were far more good ideas that I had not come across just surfing the web.

Such a simple idea but really refreshing in its purpose. Easy way to reconnect with human nature and kind of helps a bad mood. Smile!
