You need one! Sounds amazing!
I own an acrylic call from about every major duck call company out there, that being said I’ve spent a lot of money and time researching and testing calls. What I will say about the faults call is it is a totally different tone than what you would normally get, kinda bassy but has a lot of rasp, feed call runs great. I would recommend to have on the lanyard bc chances are no one is using one of these in your area, so you will stand out when birds get shy of other calls. I really like the all wood design. It’s a reelfoot style insert ( tone board ) and ducks seem to come to it when they are call shy and when you need an extra edge. This call sits on my lanyard next to my Echo Pure meat, JJ lares hybrid and Kirk McCullough cutdown. If it can hang with those calls trust me it’s worth it

How to get your elementary school kids' attention!
I do NOT call ducks to their doom. I'm a frequent substitute teacher at the nearby air force base. The kids know me and like me a lot ... but they can get wild at times. They can't always hear me when I say, "Quiet, please!" So I employ the Faulk's Deluxe Duck Call. Amazingly, the duck call gets their attention and it's quiet again for a few minutes. They like the sound of the duck call and when they misbehave just to hear it again I'll have to switch to a different sound effect. But I'll use the duck call in an other class!

Call just wasn't for me...But it could be for you
Really disappointed with the high pitch of the call but personally I can't do a feeder call. If you can then buy this call. My friend is a hell of a chuckle master and he loved it. It did not freeze and was very loud, which is great if you hunt public ground. I wasn't confident with this call but hey its worth the 20 spot to give it a shot. I'll stick to my acrylic calls though.

good sounding call
I had one of these calls more than 20 yrs ago. I got out of duck hunting until my grandson became of age to hunt. It sounds the same and is a fair priced good addition to any level duck hunters arsenal.

Great call, has great sound and makes a mean ...
Great call, has great sound and makes a mean feeder chuckle. It's only downfall is that it will squeak if blown too hard, its a softer sounding call.
