Yes, These are just extensions of the fuse socket , so you can attach a fused wire loop and attach a current clamp and measure current of the circuit. I use them to diagnose a suspect circuit.

The large ones can go up to a 60 amp circuit like a fan motor the smallest is from 2 to 30 amps
