Taste is really rich and good. Value for money was good. Mixes well.

Their hot chocolate is as tasty and silky as their chocolate. I used these for stocking stuffers (keeping a few for myself, of course). Everyone loved it.

This is an excellent hot cocoa mix. I didn't see this in other's comments but you should use milk instead of water in this particular mix for it to taste its best. It is rich, creamy, - quite delightful to serve our guests. It doesn't have the cheap off taste of many brands but do be sure to use milk instead of water. Water is just not good in it.

Hot chocolate, yum! Spilled chocolate powder throughout the box, not so fun. It's happened on two separate orders, please fix your packaging. It's not that I drink this much cocoa, we provide it for guests at a beachside vacation rental (It's a Northern California beach, so think cold and windy but beautiful, hence the cocoa.) This is some of the best cocoa powder there is for rich and decadent hot chocolate. Whatever you do, make it with milk, not water. Did you know I used to have a blog about the perfect hot chocolate? So I may just be something of a connoisseur.

Exceptional quality. I utilize water in place of milk. Ease of use is a significant advantage. The taste is excellent, and the cocoa texture is superb.

I really like this powder. Nice and rich with out a lot of bad ingredients. Like others have said they came wrapped in plastic. A plastic scooper came with mine- I was able to put 2 tbsp of water in it so it is a 2 tbsp scooper obviously. Wil be nice to have if I decide to order a can of powder. I use one packet in my 12 oz of coffee. It is sooo good. Rich chocolate flavor I just want to add that each packet is .85 oz. Not the .68 it states. I was a bit concerned when ordering. But I can confirm each packet is .85

I ordered this 25 pack of Ghirardelli Hot Chocolate to save the staff some trouble and in doing so I nearly cost them their lives.While Ghirardelli is a reliable name in the world of mass produced chocolate treats, these hot chocolate packs are anything but sweet. The end result is a watery, tasteless mess. Upon tasting it, Lady Radcliffe had head chef Pierre sent up to her chamber and chastised him for nearly half an hour before sending him back to the kitchen to fetch her proper cocoa. Thinking quickly, the staff put two packs together, thinking they could boost the flavor of sugary beverage. In doing so, they created a drink so bitter even Clarence wouldn't touch it. After one sip, Lady Radcliffe called me to personally escort her to the kitchen so she could personally berate the entire cooking staff. As she crossed the threshold of the kitchen I said a silent prayer for the brave souls on the other side of that swinging door. By this time, Pierre had made a cup of the so-called "Swiss Miss," which delighted the lady. A far a cheaper and superior product that saved 14 lives one cold wintery afternoon, I suggest you ditch this fresh hell from Ghirardelli and keep some of the real instant cocoa on your shelf.
