So far so good!Managed to extract a carrier bag of hair & fur from our St Bernard in only a 10-minute session (is that due to being a good brush, or a very big hairy dog in warm weather, who knows, probably a bit of both). I'm sure the neighbours were pleased too as what went into the bag was only half the story, the rest blew like a blizzard across the garden and over the fence.The brush itself feels a very good quality, feels very sturdy & weighty, and is of a big enough size to cope with a big dog.So far really pleased with this

Absolutely brilliant tool! I have a maine coon and I'd tried so many brushes to get the matts out of her coat (makes it so hard as she hates being brushed too) this tool helped me get rid of all her matts and even though she still hates being brushed she doesn't cry in pain as she did when I used other brushes! Definitely recommend also rubbing organic coconut oil in her coat where she's matted helped them slide out with some patience and this tool! Amazing thankyou so much

Just used this product on my dog, she has double corse fur on her neck and back legsThe amount of hair that came off was amazing, it’s deigned for easy use and I would recommend it to my friends for their dogs

So this arrived Saturday morning (yesterday) and I used it on my long coated border collie straight away! She's double coated and moults twice a year, and don't we know about it!! We have a grey living room carpet which is black during the moulting season and has to be hoovered twice a day!! This brush is AMAZING!! 😃First time to ever use a Deshedding & Dematting tool and boy was it fantastic! Took her into the garden and used the 22-toothed side first as instructed. I could literally hear it cutting through the less matted areas. The areas that were matted more heavy took a bit more time to get through. I know it says "Doesn't tug at pets hair" but at the back of her legs and tail, where she mats the worse I had to be very gentle and hold the section of matted hair in-between my fingers because it was pulling a little. If you just rip this through the heavily matted areas you will definitely hurt your pet, but if you go slowly and gently, working it through the matted area your pet will be fine and won't get hurt.I couldn't believe the amount of hair that came out with just the first side!! After I'd managed to get through the matted areas I then started using the 87-toothed side of the brush. I was absolutely gobsmacked just how much hair was coming out!! It definitely helped with the deshedding and thinning out of her coat. I filled 2 plastic bags with dead grey hair that she hates because it itches so much during the moulting seasons!!I am absolutely thrilled with this brush!! 😃 We actually bought a normal dog brush from a well known Pet store (Home of the pets!!!!) on Thursday that cost us £8.00!!!! I got home and looked on Amazon (should have done that first!!) and that's when I found Fur Magic Deshedding & Dematting Tool. I paid just over £12.00 for what is essentially 2 brushes in 1.The Fur Magic brush arrived Saturday morning (ordered it Thursday night) and the other brush was returned to the store, unused that same morning!!I will 100% be getting ALL my dog grooming tools from Fur Magic from now on.Only negative things I can say, are....1) it does pull very heavy matted areas if you don't go slowly and gently2) the brush is quite heavy, so my wrist got quite tired towards the end of the grooming session.....but despite those 2 very small negatives I'm 100% happy with this purchase. Didn't mind the price, especially as I'd paid £8 for a basic brush in a store!!🐕🐶 This brush is fantastic and easy to use for long coated dogs such as border collies.

This is a great dog brush. I have a Belgium malinois and he loved being groomed with it. Loads of excess fur on his chest came off easily.

I have two kittens one is a British shorthair the other a British longhair, the longhair cat needs a special brush for his fur as a normal grooming brush won't do much.I saw this on amazon and looked at the reviews and it looked good as it had got two combs one is a detangeler for the knotted fur and the other one combs out the loose fur. He's not a fan of the brush (the other kitten loves it) but it does a brilliant job of removing all the fur and he looks better for it. Well worth the money.Highly recommended.
