I originally got these for post-surgery recovery and have ended up using them constantly ever since. During my reduction recovery, I used a mastectomy pillow with little pockets, and these packs fit perfectly inside. The fabric kept them from being too cold or too hot against my skin, and it made a huge difference in staying comfortable while healing.They’ve also been great for keeping groceries cold on the long trip home from Trader Joe’s. I line my cooler with one on the bottom, two on the sides, and one on top, and everything stays cold the whole way there and back. They don’t melt fast and even when they do start to thaw, they don’t leak or drip water everywhere.I also use them on the back of my neck a lot. They stay flexible and don’t turn into frozen bricks, which makes them great for headaches or just cooling down. I’ve used them both hot and cold, depending on what I need. Sometimes I’ll use a cold one on my neck and a warm one on my feet to help regulate my body temp during migraines, and that combo really helps.I’ve had these for almost two years now and they’re still going strong. Definitely worth having around whether you’re recovering from something or just want a reliable hot/cold pack that works.

I purchased these following a surgery and they are EXCELLENT! They are pliable enough when frozen to form to your body and were the perfect size. Love that they are hot/cold. I keep 2 in my freezer and 2 in my cabinet.Wish I had ordered them sooner!!

I use it regularly and have found it to be well made. Because it comes with 2 ice packs they can easily be rotated from the freezer. It’s very convenient since it Velcros around the neck and won’t fall off. You won’t get freezer burn from the ice packs since they’re inside the thin, towel type fabric. It’s definitely a go to when you have neck pain.

The packs are well made and work perfectly wish I had ordered the set with the wrap.

Mother broke her arm and had surgery. These have been key in healing and proving comfort. We love that they can work cold or hot and the velvet like exterior helps the shock when you place either cold or hot on skin.

These were perfect for lower back pain. They fit that area perfectly. I placed them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and they were the perfect temp for placing on my lower back. I have used them to wrap around my ankle. Made very well. Would definitely purchase again

This is a great LARGE ice/hot pack. When frozen, stays cold for a long time and when warmed, stays warm for a long time too. Definitely worth the purchase!

Concept right but i felt the width of the ice pack could be wider and more effective.
