Good for JBL
It worked for my JBL Basspro SL. I bought the basspro without the control and this worked out the box. No issues at all.

Trash
Does not work. As soon as I turn on my car while it’s plugged in my sub goes into protect mode because this is a literal piece of trash. Stupid cheap ass Chinese knock off, should’ve just waited till JBL had there’s available but oh well. Money absolutely not well spent, I don’t even know why I keep using Amazon anymore.

Saved me $30 and works just fine with JBL Stage 800 BA
I can confirm this wired remote base control (RBC) is compatible with the JBL Stage 800BA powered subwoofer. The site listed other JBL subs and I figured it may work with mine and it does. I only paid $99.00 for the sub on sale and thought it was insane to pay $50. for a unit from other retailers or through JBL Harman. Sturdy plastic housing, long wire, min-max knob has micro indents for better control of setting, green power indicator when powered up. Mount as you prefer. Happy to have made this purchase.

Made our of plastic
I ordered thinking it would be good quality because it looked like it was made of metal. But when it came in it was made out of plastic but it still works great turning the bass up and down on my JBL basspro sl

As advertised
I haven't installed it yet but it seems like a decent product. The last one I had didn't have much resistance/friction to keep the volume knob in place but this one has a slight "click" every fraction of a turn which I like. The cord begging really long is also a plus.

Crap product doesn't work can't return
Plug it in get everything set up and nothing. Doesn't work at all. Try to return it and there is no option to even do that!
