Not for the weak of wrist. You can do one or two zucchini and then your wrist gets tired of the twisting. The blades are sharp enough, but the latching part won't stay shut anymore. I upgraded to a spiralizer with a crank (Paderno) and I love it. If you just want to try out spiralizing, this product is ok...just build up your muscles for any big project. Also, the recipe book is not worth it. Better recipes on the internet

i'm leaning towards its just another thing that lives in the back of the cabinet. the biggest issue is that its just cheaply made. the next is that it leaves a large chunk of vegetable un-sliced. probably about 1/4 of the produce. i guess the big table top ones are the only options.

Im in love. Its very easy to use. There are so many options and its a bonus that it comes with additional blades, a knife, a peeler, and a brush. This is an excelent deal all around.Im a super busy girl between working full time, being a college student, and spending weekends with the boyfriend. I chose this spiralizer because its small and i can keep it with me at all times. I can prep my meals easily and quickly any time I like and anywhere i like.Using it is a breeze but cleaning is a teeny bit tedious. There are so many tiny little spaces where food gets stuck but i guess thats just the nature of the product. I cant think of any way to improve that. Ive been using it since the day i received it and I've been turning everyone onto this product.My fave dish is sesame noodles. This spiralizer has been a major god send. I loovvvve me some carbs so this makes having an actual tasty alternative possibe.

I appreciate the excellent customer service. I received a free cookbook and have received follow up since my purchase to ensure that I am satisfied with the product. That in itself made me give this product five stars. Excellent customer service seems to be a thing of the past, but that was not the case with this purchase.The item works great and I am always looking forward to using my spiralizer. I am definitely a satisfied customer.

I really like this spiralizer so much more than my other one. I especially like the additional blades( total of 4 different cutters). It cuts well and it is handy to clean with the included brusth. They even throw in a nifty potato peeler. I think I might be able to convince some little people to try some fancy veggies. Thank you ProCuisine!!

great device for veges. I use this for many different purposes - making vege pasta and or in salads. Easy to use and clean. Once you get the hang of it, almost no waste of the veges either.

Doesn't really work as expected. I finally bought wife a spiral cutter to mount on her mixer.

For the price, this is a decent product. It seems pretty well made. I like that you can easily switch off with two different size blades. I was just a bit disappointed because I pictured my vegetables coming out like round spaghetti but it comes out flat instead.
