This is a great product. However, the manufacturing process is lacking. First, the rolls are wrapped with the thinnest of plastic, making it time consuming to open up. The plastic adheres to the sticky edges of the tape and you waste time trying to pull it off. Even more frustrating is that the protective "peel off" paper also has issues. The edges of the paper tear (much like when cheap masking tape tears as you are pulling it off the roll) as you are removing it, requiring you to stop the install, turn the vycor around and use your fingernails to peel off the torn edge. This happened on most of the pieces we installed on the entire house. (8 rolls). Maybe it's cheap paper, or possibly a dull knife used in the manufacturing process that left the edges a little mangled. Bottom line: A little higher quality in the materials that end up in the garbage would save you a lot of time/money. Is it a great finished product? You bet! But, it could be much more user friendly.
