MiniArt Models 1/35 U.S. Army Tractor with Angled Dozer Blade Kit

This review will come in two parts: part one will be the initial reaction to opening the (heavy) kit box and part(2) will be the building and completion of the model.Part one - what a kit!! 16 trees (big and small) of plastic parts, and yes, some are very small. 17 pages of instructions. Looks like a real challenge, can't wait to build the tracks that "can't be built".

This is a extremely detailed model. Models are generally rated from 1 to 5 in difficulty in building. This is a 9. The tracks are impossible to build. I have watched utube videos, read magazine articles and visited chat groups. I have probably spent 10 hours just to get one strip of track together. And failed. If anybody says they got the tracks together, they are lying. The other critic was correct in that very many parts are small and very fragile. The only reason I didn't give one star was maybe someone could build it without the tracks and some of the minor detail in a diorama of a cat under repair or battle damaged.

My husband took a long, long time to put this together, but he loved every minute of it and it looks great - a lot of work, but the quality is there - not like the old ones.

this model is more complicated than necessary. many parts so delicate they were broken on the sperue others broke removeingthem. I would not recommend this model
