EDIT: FULL REPLACEMENT RECEIVED. Customer service replied immediately and replacement sent that week. Haven’t installed the replacement yet though.Original review:I have had the lights for 6 months and not used regularly at all and The led lights have failed. All led lights should be the same colour but you can see sections where the lights do not correspond. I will try to request a replacement and if they offer a replacement I will update this review

One of the led is missing one of the RGB (think its the green) but when i lightly press the LED between thumb and index finger it works.I have managed to wedge a thin slither of plastic between the black felt recess of my wall panel and top of led (to aid the broken contact) and it seems to work.Its probably not the ideal solution as it may not last and *am likely to regret not alerting the supplier to it but at least it works now.*I couldn't be bothered with dismantling everything again to send it back.

Easy to fit to the rear of a tv. Some of the colour settings are not true, having said that you will find a setting that fits your mood. Very pleased with the purchase.

Out of the box, working fine. Placed the in position, working fine. Changed the mode & no more blue lights, completely gone. Thought this was an ok manufacturer, but useless, didn't las 5 minutes.
