This card was for my SONY handheld digital recorder. It was supposed to be able to work with a micro-SD card, but it never did. I had to try it with an M2 card, just as a test. The M2 worked right out of the package. No special formatting or like that. It just recognized it and worked. Now I have an adapter on order that enables me to transfer files from the M2 card through a USB port, which is what I wanted to do with the micro-SD card, but for some reason, the recorder wouldn't recognize it. This M2 will increase my ability to do special productions.

If it would only cost the same as a SD micro card of comparably size and capacity, it would be almost perfect, and I say "almost" because I have encountered a minor flaw that I don't really know if it is the phone or the memory. Some times, after having viewed many times an image it kinds of corrupts the file but not to a point that the image is not viewable, but rather it mess up some pixels on it or sometimes half the image. I've seen this with other memories on digital cameras, but I can't be sure who to blame. It does include the Memory Stick Pro Duo adapter, but if you need to use it on a MS reader (the larger and original Sony memory), you still need to buy an adapter to convert from MS Duo to plain MS but many new multi card readers have the ability to use the newer smaller MS Duo Pro, so the included adapter will be enough.

I am in Europe and purchased the new Sony Ericsson K800i without a memory card. I have searched far and wide for the lowest price card. Through Amazon, I have found it. Not only was this the best price, they ship to an APO. This card is fast, small and enough storage to fit 11 full-length movies (reduced size to view on a 3" screen). There will be larger then one GB card soon, I believe, but for now, it fits the bill.

This card is sweet...it works great with my Sony Ericsson W300i. I didn't need to do anything to set it up. I slipped the card in (nice and easy with this phone) and the phone detected it right away. Awesome and easy.

I bought this for my new Sony Ericson W300i phone so that i could actually put some music on the phone. It came with a MS pro adapter which is nice because I have a slot on my computer for that. It is fast and just what I wanted.
