This teapot is exactly what I was looking for. The blue color is perfect, and the teapot seems to be of very good quality. The size is perfect, the shape of it is adorable, and I love the clear glass lid. The whistle sound is loud enough, but not too loud. I feel that if this teapot is treated well, it will last a long time. I would buy again from this company. I absolutely love this teapot, and I looked at SO MANY before I chose this one.

Beautiful build and solid tea kettle but not too heavy. The whistle is attention getting. Large hands may not fit inside but cleaning is not difficult. The handle unfortunately gets VERY HOT if you don't remove the kettle soon after the whistling begins.

I like this product a lot. Unfortunately the whistle is very quiet. Can't hear it unless you are literally next to it. This is the most important attribute to me due to safety. Thus the three stars.

Great quality and great color

I liked the look and capacity of this kettle, and for the first 3 weeks, it whistled fine... but the spout lid no longer closes tightly, and so the whistle doesn't work anymore. I contacted the Rorence Store to see if they had any solutions for me. They asked for my Amazon order number which I provided straight away. I then heard nothing for over a week. Once again I contacted them, this time in their online chat. Message sent at 12:05 PM, no response as of 4:38 PM. CricketsNot only is their product poorly engineered, their customer service is non-existent. Terrible. I would not but this product (not any other) from them in the future. Avoid if at all possible.
