Hair gets stuck
It's bit heavy and hair gets stuck sometimes

Disappointing
The chain is long, smooth and strong, just what you want. But it is let down badly by the clasps at each end. They are weak and the springs do not snap shut, so I would not want to trust them to safely support a bag which contains valuables. So, overall, a disappointment; I can't use it confidently as a strap for my bag.
