Damn good vision required
The buttons are large, but all else is tiny, particularly words. I found it difficult to set up as a result and will use it as a spare because straining the eyes should be rare. I have given 3 stars for battery life and touch screen as I have not used it since setting up.

Worst phone ever
Returned as it was a refurb and was in shocking condition and could not been given to mother in law as it was in a battered box written all over as grade A it was disgusting. Yes it was cheap but not cheerful and not fit for resale. Seller should be ashamed advertising this as in new condition if was not and was swiftly returned and a new better quality phone bough from a nearby phone shop. Got what we paid for which was rubbish second hand phone not fit for resale. Huge disappointment and. Waste of our time and money. Refund was sorted fairly quickly that’s the only good thing Amazon refunddd swiftly after item was returned.

Functional
Doesn’t seem as robust as the same model being replaced, much lighter and seems more plasticky. However ideal for my elderly mum who just needs a phone for speed dial, large keys and simply shut to end call!

Wrong info into the description
Sorry cheap phone, this one star is for your seller and not for you, after all - even if you feel soo cheap, you probably do your job. The description currently states "Cellular technology: 4G". I bought it because of that, but this is a 2G phone, and my Three SIM will never work so thanks seller to force me returning this.

Feel very cheap
This is the second one of these phones ive bought, got the last one on an Amazon warehouse deal, and certainly doesn't feel as solid as the first one,item was roughly packed, thrown together in my view, not very impressed with Amazon at all,very poor quality control if any at all, I buy a lot of stuff on this site, but will be spending my money elsewhere in future,if this sort of carry on continues,sick of this rubbish service.
