This unit is very effective and nicely designed. Some comments relating to other reviews. Some reviewers have mentioned that the unit is wobbly. Please note that all four legs are adjustable, and each one can be raised or lowered by twisting the leg clockwise or counterclockwise. So out of the box, my unit was wobbly too. After adjustment, it is rock solid. Unlike some reviewers, I've never had a problem with the unit icing up. I've never had that issue. I keep my unit at 58 degrees; perhaps icing is a problem only with far lower temperature settings. As at least one reviewer has noticed, the temperature display light is bright. It's not an issue in daytime. At night, just cover it up. I took one of the three-sided wedges used in shipping to protect the unit from damage and cut away one side. It makes a very effective L-shaped cover for the light to block the light at night. There have also been complaints about the noise, which surprises me. It's a very quiet unit. Sure, if I am standing next to the unit, I can hear it. But in another room, no. It's not bothersome at all; certainly my air conditioner is far, far louder than this unit. I'm surprised also that some reviewers have complained about the unit not being big enough to hold bottles. This unit has plenty of space to hold standard-size wine bottles, and even wine-bottles that are taller than the norm.

This fridge has one temperature zone which is fine because I only keep red wine in it. I have it set at 58 deg's which, for me, is just right for my "less than expensive" wines. So far, it's working perfectly as far as holding the set temp. Since it is located just behind where we sit to watch TV, noise would be an issue. This fridge is very quiet; I have to concentrate to even hear it running. I've had three or four wine fridges in the past. They seem to die after two or three years so I bought the 5-year extended warranty for this one; hopefully, I won't have to use it.

This really is a nice-looking wine cooler, but it does have some characteristics which may make it less desirable depending upon where you plan to locate it in your home. The rating I would give this product really depends on where you plan to locate the wine cooler. **** (4 STARS) = Location is in a rarely used room or garage *** (3 STARS) = Location is in a dining room, kitchen, or frequently used room. What I like: 1. The wine cooler is extremely attractive and looks nice at almost all locations in my home. The external finish has a “quality” look and feel. I would have no reservations displaying this unit at any location. In my home the unit is in a corner of the dining room. 2. The unit seems to keep a very accurate internal temperature. It rarely strays from the set temperature except for when the door is opened. 3. The unit makes effective use of the space it occupies, and I find no wasted space. What is not needed for the compressor, control, and display components is used as storage area for the wine bottles. Very nice design considerations when assembling all the components. It seems to be the most optimized size for the number of bottles that it chills. Kudos to the designers! 4. The wine cooler has a door lock which can be used when desired. It is well designed, works nicely, and is not obtrusive. The wine cooler door lock is located at the bottom of the door and is barely recognizable. It is hidden from view and does not add or detract from the aesthetics of the unit whether used or not. One would think that if a wine cooler looked appealing, could easily be secured, fit in the available space, and kept the wine at the correct temperature all would be good; and the unit should be given a 5-star review. Unfortunately, this is all that I considered when looking for a wine cooler and I did not consider other things which I would later learn were especially important to my satisfaction of the unit. What I dislike: 1. The LED display which indicates the set and operating temperature is extremely bright. It will illuminate the room it occupies when dark and can be very distracting. There is no reason for this display to be this bright, but it is not vastly different from other electronics which use similar LED technology. I found that I needed to attach a light diffuser to the LED display panel to reduce the brightness to an acceptable level. Of course, this detracted from the aesthetics of the unit, but made the nighttime illumination acceptable. If this unit were in a rarely used room this may not be an issue for you. 2. The compressor comes on frequently and is noisier than I expected. It seems like the temperature control system for this unit is not designed properly. The compressor comes on for 10-20 seconds every 1-2 minutes. Perhaps there is not adequate hysteresis between the set and operating temperatures or perhaps there is not adequate insulation in the cooled chamber. Whatever the cause, the constant noise from the compressor is distracting and I am concerned about the longevity of the system given the frequent actuations. Again, if the unit were in a rarely used room this may not be an issue unless it is impacting reliability. Other units I have owned never cycled this frequently. 3. The internal light is really just to provide ambiance when viewed from the outside. It is too dim for older eyes to read the wine bottle labels if there is no assistance from external lights. The brightness of the internal light needs to be improved if it is to be useful for something other than ambiance. Perhaps have two settings for the internal light – ambiance and full illumination. I really want to like this unit because it looks genuinely nice in my dining room, but I feel there are several features which need to be addressed before it is a perfect fit and becomes a 5-star unit. Although there is a lot to like about this cooler, the dislikes are really starting to annoy me and I fear they will cause me to return the unit before weeks end.

This is my 3rd wine cooler from this company. This one at least lasted a little over a year. The issues this time are: Digital Display stopped working months ago. Wine still stays cool so I didn’t return it. Now it’s makes an awful banging noise. It’s in my vinyl record room so the noise is very distracting. I tried calling customer service with no luck. I am going to scrap this one for another brand. The hassle is NOT worth it anymore. Sad because I like the look of it. But the sub 4 star rating is probably deserved

Bought this for a shower gift. The wine fridge that was on their list was not available and this one was reccommended by Amazon. I purchased it and hoped for the best. The couple was very pleased. It was deliveried when promised. There was no damage during shipping. They love the size and color. And it was easy to put in place and plug in. Not too heavy to move into place. The temperature control is good It is stocked with their favorite wine from Italy.

Reviews were mixed on this refrigerator, but I took the plunge (due to Amazon’s return policy). We’ve only had this for a couple of months, but the refrigerator is perfect for our space. I had to remove the back panel of the cabinet to allow for air flow, and I couldn’t be happier with the built-in look! It is not noisy at all, when the compressor kicks on it barely hums. Keeps my wine at the perfect temperature. I wish it held more bottles, but then the frig would be bigger. My only complaint - and this is a stretch, I had to find something that bothered me (LOL) - is that the light doesn’t stay on, it automatically shuts off, I guess that is so the interior doesn’t change temperature. Very happy with this purchase! Completes the look of my wine bar, too!

So far so good. Was worried about some of the lesser reviews, but it came quickly, set up was easy, and it came down to temp within 10-15 minutes. Lighted panel a bit bright, but we will get used to it. Temp has varied by a few degrees. But well within expectation.

El refri no tiene problema, enfría a 11*C, no es ruidoso, tiene buena capacidad de botellas, y la posibilidad de echar llave, me da tranquilidad para comprar botellas más caras, sin que sean consumidas "por error". Además me gusta mucho por que quedó perfectamente empotrado en mi cocina, como mandado a hacer...

This wine fridge is great. It’s compact. The size of a large microwave. It comes with a light, temperature controls and display in both Celsius and Fahrenheit. It also has a lock. Very handy. It chills wine quickly, as it gets down to 5 degrees Celsius.
