I started taking the supplements cause my torn meniscus was inflamed and after one week its manageable to walk with very little pain.

I love this supplement. Great amount of all ingredients. The capsules are a little large so if you have a difficult time swallowing big pills they might not be the best for you. Serving size is 3 pills. But it’s great quality and I will buy again.

Very happy with the quality

The producers of this product are not getting these capsules closed on encapsulation. They can be closed by hand. No ill affect taking but production is suboptimal.

These supplements are helping with digestion, and lowering my blood pressure. Only been taking them daily for two weeks so I’m not sure about reducing inflammation. I’ll do a 90 day trial and see what happens. I’m very satisfied so far. Hopefully I’ll be able to eventually be able to ditch the blood pressure pills.
