Easy to install and works a treat. Monitoring sub is pricey though and not sure it would work. Highly doubt someone is sat there watching my house while I’m out!

Got the 13 piece set up from Amazon at an excellent price. Box came and was very impressed with how well made everything looks to be. Very ‘Apple’ like so not a bad thing at all. Took longer unwrapping everything than actually fitting it. It’s very simple and the instructions are clear. Had it a few days and everything is as advertised. Gone for the Premium Plus with monitoring and at £19.99 a month its a no brainer. Feel much safer now it’s fitted and would definitely recommend to anyone.

A very good system. Easy to install and appears to do everything it claims. One word of warning is do not trust the sticky pads as the only form of fixture for the sensors. In the first week we have had six instances where some of the sensors have fallen off from various surfaces. Luckily all occurred whilst we were at home and the alarm was unarmed. If it had occurred whilst we were out it would have resulted in a false alarm. If you are paying for the monitoring it would result in a call out charge. Screws are supplied with the kit and I strongly recommend they are used

I don't normally leave reviews but I felt this was deserving I have been looking for a home security system for a while and have looked at so many but I kept coming back to this one, the ease at which it's set up is incredible, the quality feel of the parts is reasuring two hours after starting it was all set although I didn't trust the adheshive pads on the motion sensors after all if one of those falls off while armed you could end up with a false alarm call, the system its self works well as a stand alone but this really comes into it's own when signed up to one of simplisafe monitored plans they start at £12.99 for a standard plan and the pro plan is £19.99 it sounds a lot but what your getting for that price it's pretty good ,fully monitored 24/7 peace of mind.

Out of the box, this product works amazingly. It is literally 'plug and play' with no technical skills needed. I did have one issue with getting the system to sync with Simplisafe Central but this was resolved by one of the support team who were super helpful. You do notice that this is a US based company and the UK side of it is still fledgling, but I am sure this will get better with time. People grumble about the cost of the remote monitoring service, but I look at it like this, it is a third of my annual house insurance and probably a lot more useful.

I’ve been researching home security for a while and finally decided on SimpliSafe, I. Very impressed.It was easy to set up (and I’m a technophobe!) The telephone support was brilliant and if I ever move I can take it all with me.I love that you can add on items at a later date too so I’ll buy and add more in the sales.You won’t be disappointed.** Pro tips***Read the instructions and test every item B4 sticking them up.When setting up internal camera, screen shot the QR code and enlarge it, and it connects to the camera straight away.

Overall this is a decent security system but it continues to have regular camera drop outs and a mysterious regular report of an entry sensor not working. I have a strong modern Wi-Fi so the issue is with the product not the Wi-FiIt’s a shame because this system could be a winner but I wouldn’t buy it again

Having purchased this system for over £300 on the 13th Dec 2022, I failed to meet the return date of 13th Jan 2023 which all my subsequent experience would have been my choice. I consider it should made clear to prospective purchasers that the system is really based on the user taking out a monitoring plan which I assume would make operation more stable.Fixing the system was not a problem and the sensors worked fine but be sure take the monitoring plans into account!The cost for monitoring and also finding 3 friends who would be happy to be woken up in the middle of the night, are two of the reasons why my system has become a costly and time consuming experience.
