I liked my Plantronic headphones and it lasted for 9 months before fizzing out so I purchased these headphones. They look really nice and I appreciate that they send an additional set of ear thingies. It was also packaged beautifully.They work well and best of all, I didn't need an adapter! I was able to just put the USB into my laptop port and it worked. Since I, like millions of others during the pandemic, I am working from home, the need for the headset is crucial for Zoom calls and conferences (or to listen to music while my son plays his loud videogames near me!). The noise cancelling part works well as does the microphone. Everyone can hear me much better. My only concern is that the headphones are a little tight on my head. My ear was aching after a one hour zoom meeting. That never happened with my other headphones.Still, this was a good purchase and I do recommend it, particularly if you don't have to use them for hours at a time.

I bought the mono headset. It's great! I was pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price. I have only used them with the mic a few times but I love that it's a USB and I can turn the mix off. The sound quality is great the mic seems to work great though I haven't used it for a meeting yet - just a recording. Highly recommend for those that work in cubicles or from home where people prefer to call through Teams or Skype.

Plug and play, all my software recognizes it. I move from station to station and have never had to try to get it to connect. The mute button is much easier than clicking mute when conferencing and the volume is easy to adjust. I like the single ear speaker, some coworker don’t but that’s a personal preference. I’m completely happy with this headset. THE COVERING OF THE EAR PIECE IS COMING APART. SIMPLE OFFICE USE AND BETTER THAN AVERAGE CARE HAS NOT KEPT THIS FROM WEARING OUT FASTER THAN I WOULD EXPECT. OTHER HEADSETS BOUGHT AT THE SAME TIME ARE DOING JUST FINE (SEE MY OTHER REVIEWS).

I bought these to replace a similar priced Logitech H390 headset that began to go out with just 2 months of work related usePros:-Mute function works reliably (red button lights too so you know when you're muted)-Volume controls are intuitive-Reversible microphone-Great microphone audio quality; every client has been able to hear me loud and clearCons:-Volume coming out of the headphone is low. Even on 100% it's a lot lower than my previous headset-Noise cancelling is decent enough for working from home but not good enough for a call center

I used to work for years in a call center environment so I am well aware of what headsets "work" and what ones don't. I much prefer a hardwired headset that is an over the head type (with left ear capability) as this one is. I was heading towards purchasing a more name brand headset for my work from home position, when I came across this Arama unit. Based on the reviews and price I thought it was worth a try. I was pleasantly surprised after unboxing and plugging in this headset! It is very good quality! Windows instantly recognised and installed the drivers. The sound quality from the earpiece is really amazing, very full and rich. The unit even comes with a replacement foam earpad - very thoughtful. It is also comfortable and the loop is adjustable for various head sizes. My ony "gripe" is I prefer a little "feedback" of my voice from the microphone to let me know that everything is working and that the person on the other end is receiving what I am saying. It's an old school phone thing I know....lol. However, well worth the buy.

This product doesn't work at all. My computer wouldn't even register that it was being plugged in..

Bought as a headset for use in an open office as my more expensive set was picking up too much background noise - sound quality in headphones is amazing and other call participants fed back that background noise cancellation on the mic was as good as any other headset that cost way more

For the price I expected more. Cheap sponge on the ear pieces and if the wire moves during a call it can make the sound quite crackly. Wouldn't recommend.

Mute button did not work he looked cheap for the price

bought these to replace my work ones, on the phone all day and nearly all customers said they couldn't hear what i was saying had to shout, waste of money
