Gorgeous but not user friendly at all
I’m sad to say though I’m keeping this faucet because I don’t want to go through the hassle of uninstalling and sending it back. This faucet is beautiful, but not very user friendly. The touch less function is faulty, after finally getting it to work. It also will turn on when not in use which could run up your water bill. To fix this issue we would turn the knob to off, which beats the purpose of a touch less system. Also the touch function is just as spotty in regards to turning the faucet off and on. We’re just going to use it as a regular on/off faucet, which doesn’t justify the cost but it’s shinny and pretty.

Don’t recommend!
Had the same issues with it randomly turning on and off as reported by others. Literally it would start running in the middle of the night. We replaced the batteries, checked the cords, made sure nothing could be triggering it and it still did it. Then the touch and motion sensors stopped working so we just used the handle. Now, 4 months later the plastic mechanism that turn the water to a spray sheered apart just from turning the spray feature on. Completely unable to use this. Very disappointed, don’t waste your time or money.

A decent product for everyone!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I am looking for a good quality and easy-to-install kitchen faucet. This one is perfect! My husband only took about 15mins to finish install. Like the video, the length is excellent, it’s easy for me to clean every ankle of the sink. For the sensor, love it. It becomes a lot easier when my hands are oily and sticky. Recommend for everyone!

Great product!
This faucets is better than Fossetts three times its price Very well-built easy to install does everything a 500$ Fossett does once you get used to the touch and touch less feature you get spoiled by it. I have had both Delta and Moen faucet this one is twice is good for third of the price

Great product after learning how to use
Great product as part of my smart home project. Has to say I had a couple hours of disappointment after installing it. Couldn’t get the touch on and touchless to work consistently, until my kid came over and just swayed his hand around the faucet... after that, this faucet became one of the best purchase in my project. The trick to trigger is gentle and swift touch on or hand swaying. Do not just move you hands in and stay there and wait. In a way, the gesture is quite fun.The customer service was responsive, another kudos.NOTE: there is a gesture to activate/deactivate touchless function - gentle and swiftly touch the metal part three time, very useful when you are doing dishes

Very impressed for something at this price point
No issues with the touchless feature, you can tap the faucet three times to enable or disable it. I preemptively wrapped the metal braided water supply lines from the base of the faucet down about 10 inches.Theres a thin black wire on the white solenoid box, that's the lead for the touch sensors. The touchless works by creating a small magnetic field around the faucet touch areas. The faucet is low budget and the metal supply lines aren't 100% properly shielded from the field for the sensor. If you wrap the supply lines with electrical tape, or heat shrink, you won't have any issues. The button to switch water streams seems like it will break within a couple years. The visual aesthetic is big for the price point. The quality is fair for the price but the experience obviously feels very cheap.

I really wanted to like it, but it has been almost a year and I'm still so frustrated!
I really want to like it. My husband spent a while installing this and it looked quite pretty. However, it is very finicky and frustrating to use.First of all, the sensors are funky. If the faucet is on, but the nozzle is still in the holder and I want to take the nozzle out of it to spray a dish, the faucet automatically turns off because it thinks that me touching the nozzle means it should be turned off. Thus, you either have to take the nozzle out before you turn the water on, OR, just do what I do which is frustratingly turn it on and off every time you even touch the nozzle. It's frustrating to go back and forth between the spray nozzle and the stationary position.Sometimes, it turns on and off randomly, even when I am on the other side of the kitchen. Perhaps it senses foot movements? I don't know. But it's annoying. If I could go back in time, if I had known of these issues, I would not have purchased it.

Noooooooo!!!!!
It wass an experience that we can laugh about now ... now that we bought a normal faucet. This thing has a mind of its own. A pan would hit it, it would turn off. You would be doing dishes and suddenly it would turn off. Out of nowhere, it would turn on. And after a while, you really had to hit the thing to come on. Sometimes if you touched it too much, it would not turn on at all! My husband was a plumber. Installation was not the problem. Easy installation. You are taking a risk buying this. We are stress free now. Seriously. It was not fun having this in our home. All five kids hated it and both parents did too. Don't do it! You have been warned.
