Best oil, high performance, great fit, seals, lasts forever.

Been wanting to try Royal Purple for a while and finally gave it a shot in my daily driver. Engine feels a bit smoother, and startup noise is a little quieter than usual. The deep purple color is a nice touch and makes it easy to see the oil level when checking or pouring. Shipping was fast, but the bottle had a small scuff on the cap — didn’t affect the seal though. I keep this quart mounted in my truck using the TripleD Tools Oil Dock, and it’s held in nice and snug. No sliding around and always ready when I need it.

By far, the best oil that I've ever used. Compatible with other oils and performs great in all temperatures. Worth the extra money for various reasons including longer change intervals (I usually go 10k+), great protection, increased performance and improved MPG. I use it in my 2016 Ram 1500 5.7L (starting at 35K miles) and 2009 Honda Civic LX 1.8L with improved performance in both. It reduced oil consumption in the Honda (154K miles), which I use as my work commuter and drive over 100 miles daily, sometimes much more, so I'm very cognitive of gas mileage and long term performance. I expect that to continue to improve in subsequent changes, as I've only been running RP for 8K miles. I'll never run conventional or a lower quality synthetic again. It out performs Mobile 1 and more versatile than Amsoil.

Well, I changed the oil in my 2012 Ford Fiesta SES 5 speed manual today at 14188 original miles. My engine ought to be broken in by now. My three year factory warranty expired. Time to protect my investment for the long haul. This is my third oil change since I bought my car brand new. My previous two servicing's were done by my local Ford dealership. At the dealership prices. I suppose that the service techs used "Ford" products on my ride since they're a dealership......... Well back to the "Royal Purple" upgrade. After tricking out my Fiesta with the best that money could buy in the past, and after viewing all the available information that I could find, reading the car owner reviews, and seeing oil filters sawed in half, I decided that I would give "Royal Purple" a try. The 1.6L Ford Fiesta engine specs call for 4.2 quarts of 5w20 oil. After installing the new upgraded "Royal Purple" oil filter, I added the four quarts of Royal Purple 5w20 oil, and topped it off with .2 quarts of "Lucas Pure Synthetic" oil treatment. I've been using "Lucas" brand oil treatment in all my vehicles for years so I already knew how good it is. Todays smaller, newer engines require a lighter formula than the original "Lucas" so I bought the "Lucas Pure synthetic" formulated for new engines. I'm Very, VERY pleased with the results in my Ford Fiesta SES! My car runs so smooth and quiet that I have to listen to see if the engine is still running while driving down the road in gear! Now I'm not one to brag, but it DOES seem like there's MORE POWER. Whatever it is, I definitely noticed a faster acceleration without even trying to press the pedal harder to do it! This from a guy that has used over the last 40 years all the oils, gimmicks, gadgets, and snake oils on the market and some that are not even on the market anymore! This is an upgrade that went perfectly smooth, with no pain, and no modifications! Anybody that says Royal Purple products are bunk is sadly misinformed, or just plain stupid. I'll NEVER use any other oil in my hot hatch!

It’s royal purple, you can’t go wrong. Amazon is the cheapest place I can find it, local auto parts store is almost double the price.
