Toasted Almond is very tasty and filing.
They are really tasty. Being just 9 total carbs makes them even better. The only thing I have a problem with is that I have trouble eating just one. I got the Ratio crunchy bar Toasted almond.

These are delicious, grain free, fit perfectly into my keto diet with good ratio of protein and fats.

They’re good for being keto and crunchy
I like these for an easy grab! They taste a little like cardboard, but they are certainly edible.

Horrible Taste
This product tastes horrible. When I purchased it was very over priced- I see the price has not come down but even free will not make it taste better. The fake sugar flavor is intense and over powering. I wish they would just leave it out and I think the natural product would taste better on its own. Why the need to put it in. Do not waste your money on this brand- it is not good. I threw all my product away including the granola bars I purchased which are just as bad. If you are looking for something better with low sugar and high protein that tastes great- check out the Simply Protein Crispy bars!

It’s alright but not terrible
It’s OK it does give you the crunch factor which you can miss one on keto however the taste is not the greatest

Great for a low-carb snack or breakfast
These are crunchy and delicious and a great break from snack nuts from a jar/can. If you go in expecting a Quaker chewy granola bar you'll likely be disappointed but if you're deep into a low-carb/keto lifestyle these may become a favorite.

What happened?!
Pretty great product... BUT they went from $6.99 a box to TWELVE DOLLARS in 1 month! - That's three dollars apiece for these little things. I like them and had been purchasing them from my local store at the former price, but I will not be ripped off by this outfit. - $3 apiece is WAY out of line, and clear price gouging... Do NOT pay this price for this product!

Very Disappointed
I should have read the reviews more carefully. But I've eaten Ratio cereal and I liked it and had high hopes. They were hard to eat, I had to practically gnaw on them to get them to break. They were stale and a couple of bites I tasted close to rancid nuts. There are much better products on the market.
