The only thing I did not like about this product is that my feet (women's 9) just barely fit on the circle. The good thing is that it fits into my luggage for travelling purpose and I can continue doing my twist exercise while I travel and that is my reason for purchasing the twist disc.

The product does what’s it’s supposed to do, but it’s a lot on the smaller side. For reference, I wear a size 7 in women’s and my feet are edge to edge so if you have bigger feet than I do, get another product as this won’t work. Also, it feels very cheap but then again it’s not that expensive.

I hesitated to purchase based on reviews, but decided to give it a try. I was looking for something basic & inexpensive to use when working on my computer and watching tv. Since I’m not willing to risk going to the gym during the pandemic, I needed something to keep moving. The disc is very lightweight, easily moved & stored. I have small feet so my feet fit perfectly & i find it easy to twist & move on the disc. I have only had it a week so I can’t speak to longevity, but for under $13, it’s been worth it so far. I was hoping to find one with the bungee straps to also work the arms, so I may add that in the future. For now, this is the perfect alternative to sitting while working & doing other tasks I’d normally sit for.

Says max 394lbs. So why did it break when my 156lbs butt tried to get on it? It’s absolutely junk. All I wanted was to use it for working out , guess I’ll look into some higher end ones. Thought I’d save me some money and get a cheap extra workout item for home gym. But you get what ya pay for and I’m way to lazy to try and return something this cheap. So maybe my loss will help you to not waste your money. Maybe I got a defective one, or maybe if you’re smaller it’ll work fine for you. I don’t know

Works perfectly, smooth motion when twisting on it.

It does twist. I can feel the plastic bearings under the lid (and I’m WELL below the weight limit), which makes it feel like it’s going to break. But it was cheap and I don’t use it as much as I’d planned to, so 🤷🏼‍♀️

Better quality than previous iterations. A more solid feel and made more durable. Very happy.

Not good quality plastic. Couldnt handle my weight and im tiny. Couldnt be bothered returning

Glides easily and can feel the muscles stretching well when used.HOWEVER The rollers in between the top and bottom layer, after very few uses, showed strain on the top plastic piece. Visually it doesn't look like much now, but just to warn others, it caused the plastic to show a clear faded line from pushing too intensely in the spot where the rollers are found at that radius in the disk. As we use it, the damage will clearly progress to bulging along that already faded line around the circumference where the gliding mechanism is. We are not overweight people, using this, or above average height and this still immediately happened. Works well, but won't last.
