OK for low cal product
Very tasty but consistency not the same as the full fat. However you have to make sacrifices when changing to a low cal product. Not as creamy and more gel like

Solid substitute - obviously not as good as the full fat one, but it’ll do for when you’re counting your calories.

This Mayo is nice and creamy. Does not have that horrid after taste some low fat mayo's have. I often mix garlic granules or mixed herbs into the Mayo to make low fat dips, low fat egg Mayo etc . Good price for the size. If you like Mayo but are watching your diet this is a very nice substitute. Happy to recommend.

Variable consistency/texture
This mayo loses its consistency and develops a toothpaste-like texture when mixed with hot pasta. If you add a splash of olive oil before mixing it in you can get away with using it but it's not the best.
