Easy to install. You need a spare on hand.
I hate the idea of this thing because it gets filled up with my expensive ink. But it’s easy to replace and the cartridge is well made. You should always keep a spare on hand because you never know when this thing will fill up and your printer won’t work again until it’s replaced.

A Musy Have On-Hand Item for Canon Pro-1000 Printer
Not much to like or dislike about this product except to say that the price is very reasonable. It is just something you need to always have a spare on hand for a Canon Pro-1000. The printer goes through a bunch of ink by self cleaning and perodic aggitation. I reccommend you alway have at least one on hand. You may have a hard time finding one locally and if you do the price will likely be higher than the Amazon price.
