Perfect multipurpose kitchen tool! Using for flour dusting.
The media could not be loaded. Love the design and build quality of this item. You get 3 in the box!!I purchased it to sprinkle rice flour in a sourdough basket and the hole size is perfect for that. Small enough that the flour doesn’t go through with a little shake.I haven’t used it for tea yet but I’m sure it’s super nice for that as well.It opens and closes very easily with one hand which is super nice.Great price and would definitely recommend!

This version of the tea ball is my favorite for loose tea.
We love these! One broke about 3 mos after we started using them. The other two are still working. We use them lightly and only rinse after use. We haven't tried them in the dishwasher. The one that broke had the wire mesh come unseated from the formed edge as the handle was initially compressed to insert a scoop of loose tea. Not sure what caused it to fail in that moment. The edges seem fully sealed on the other two. These tea balls are easy to use. Not too stiff for weaker hands. They don't leak tea leaves around the center join during steeping nor do tea fines appear in the dreggs of cups brewed with these tea balls. The mesh size used does the job well. This version of the tea ball is my favorite for loose tea.

Particles can escape
These work as advertised, the spring is strong, and they are easy to clean. The only drawback is that the mesh will allow some particles to escape into your cup.

Useful neat gadgets! Works well with our loose leaf tea!

Easily bent out of shape
They’re fine, but they are very easily bent out of shape and then they don’t close properly and the tea gets out into the water.

Success With A Tea Strainer!!!
I developed a thick mucus, that I couldn't get rid of. I tried many many things. Then I read an article about Mullens Tea.What the heck, I ordered some. I found it came in loose tea leaves. I bought myself a tea strainer and brewed my first batch. I have been brewing it daily and drinking it at breakfast and bedtime. My problem has disappeared.

Tea-riffic! (Look I can't be expected to come up with a great title for every review)
Honestly, as far as quality tea strainers go, it's hard to beat these little dudes. They're just right for single serve cups, filter well, and are as easy to clean as doing a hot water rinse after every use (provided your tea of choice isn't too messy). Finer teas might end up with a tiny bit of residue in the bottom of your cup, but if you're like me, that really doesn't bother you. Plus, instead of having to re-dip your tea bags, you can just swish this around in your cup to get the most out of those leaves! It's a pret-tea great little filter!
