Impressive Bee Suit - A Must-Have for Fearless Warriors
I recently had a remarkable encounter with a relentless yellow jacket nest that led me to test the boundaries of my bee suit. Armed with determination and my trusty 2x4, I embarked on a mission to remove a massive hive from my property. Amidst the chaos, the bee suit I donned proved to be a game-changer, offering unparalleled protection and ensuring my safety throughout the endeavor. I was removing a massive hive for 30 minutes without a single bite.Durability and Protection: 5/5From the moment I zipped up the bee suit, I was impressed by its robust construction. The suit held up exceptionally well as I maneuvered around the hive, even with a 2x4 in hand I used to scrape the hive off the bottom of my deck. Notably, not a single bee managed to penetrate the suit's defenses, despite my proximity to their hive and the forceful expulsion of parts of the nest.Hood Design and Accessories: 4.5/5Wearing a baseball cap under the hood, as suggested by fellow bee warriors, provided an extra layer of protection for my head and face. The hood effectively shielded me from potential stings, although an adjustable tightening mechanism would be a useful addition for a more customized fit.Comfort and Layering: 4/5Layering proved to be a strategic choice. The thick Carhartt jacket, combined with work jeans, enhanced insulation without compromising mobility. The extra layers, along with duct tape sealing on gloves and ankles, contributed significantly to the suit's effectiveness in keeping the hornets at bay. However, an additional inner lining for added comfort during prolonged use would be appreciated.Ease of Use: 4/5The bee suit was relatively easy to put on and take off, even under the circumstances of a bee removal operation. The zipper mechanism held up well, and the suit's sizing proved accurate for a comfortable fit over my clothing. In conclusion, the bee suit I used during my yellow jacket nest removal proved itself as a stalwart defender against nature's fierce inhabitants. Its durability, effective hood design, and compatibility with additional layers of clothing are commendable features. While some minor enhancements could elevate its comfort level, the bee suit exceeded my expectations in delivering the protection and peace of mind needed for such daring undertakings.

It’s surprisingly comfortable to wear, even for longer beekeeping sessions.I feel completely safe working around my hives with this suit on. If you’re serious about beekeeping and want reliable protection, this bee suit is absolutely worth it. Bye bye hornets!

"Perfect Fit and Quality - A Beekeeper's Dream Suit!"
Last month, we encountered an unexpected situation when a swarm of bees decided to make a temporary home in our backyard vegetable garden. As novice beekeepers, this presented both a challenge and an opportunity. To safely manage the situation, I purchased a beekeeper suit for my husband, who is quite a big guy at 6’1” and around 250 lbs. We have often struggled to find the right fit in the past, but this suit proved to be an exception. The suit arrived in perfect condition, and to our relief, it was a perfect fit for my husband. The quality exceeded our expectations. The fabric feels durable yet comfortable, offering ample protection without sacrificing mobility, which is crucial for beekeeping tasks. The veil provided clear visibility and the suit covered every inch, ensuring maximum protection from bee stings. What impressed us most was the attention to detail in its design. The zippers and elastic bands at the wrists and ankles were of high quality, which are often overlooked in other suits. Plus, it was surprisingly easy to put on and take off, a definite plus after a long day of tending to bees. The price point was the cherry on top. Given the quality and fit, we expected it to be more expensive, but it was quite affordable. This suit not only met but exceeded our expectations. To sum it up, we are more than happy with this purchase. It has allowed us to safely and comfortably manage our new beekeeping adventure. I highly recommend this suit to any novice or experienced beekeeper looking for a reliable, high-quality, and well-fitting beekeeper suit.

Well Priced Bee Suit
Since buying it, I have not been stung by a bee, which is a huge relief considering I am in close proximity to bees on a regular basis. While it may not be of professional quality, it definitely does the job. The material is durable and has held up well to multiple uses. The suit fits comfortably and allows for easy movement while working with the bees.Overall, I highly recommend this bee keepers suit for anyone looking for affordable protection from bee stings. It may not be the fanciest or highest quality suit on the market, but it gets the job.

It fit, it worked!
It helped make me feel safe while eradicating a wasp nest at night. No stings, but no swarms or foragers to really test it.

OK for Light Duty, Runs Small
I’m 6’ and 240. The XXL is small on me. The sleeves pull up to about 4” behind my wrists. If you are wearing gauntlet type gloves it’s not a major problem, but I will order larger next time. This is a super lightweight suit and nice on hot days, but if the bees want to sting you this suit will not stop them. The only protection is if the fabric isn’t touching your skin & white helps you check for bees on yourself before you go inside). After a year of use (10 wearings probably) the seams at the shoulders need restitching. All the stitching is pretty cheap, but ok for occasional use. This would be a good suit for a first time spectator.
