Infratech just really make a great product. If you are building be sure to prewire for 240V. Pumps out a lot of heat and as you can see I have snow so it gets cold.

We received this heater two days after we ordered it - terrific! We had an electrician mount it for us and it's working great. We're now able to enjoy our patio more since the heater warms the area to make it really comfortable outside.

The heater showed up with missing lock washers and a bad heat element. The packaging around the heat element inside the box even had in marker "bad element" but they still shipped it out.

Like the warmth of the product. Depending on where you put outside, you might need more than one. You also likely need a licensed electrician to install. Overall, we like the product.

The heater had a dent & mounting kit was missing. We are having a tough time to find a bronze color mounting kit.

Your Amazon retailer ABC100 is been shipping your product in an open box with broken heat element.The heater is ok but it came with broken heat elements.

Received unit that was damaged and still waiting for the refund. Tracking shows they received the item.
