We bought this fountain in July and our dogs loved it! It has a large tank so you don’t have to refill it constantly. One dog likes drinking from the basin the water falls into and one likes to drink from the water coming up out of it. I like the blue light and that you can turn it off and on. It’s super easy to clean (I’ve had fountains that were a nightmare to clean) and it doesn’t get that weird orange brown build up that sticks to the fountain like others do. The filter works great.Our pump went bad in July though and was hardly pumping up water. A few weeks later it stopped working. We ended up keeping the fountain for awhile but eventually tossed it. Then I remembered we may have had a warranty so I contacted the seller. They were super nice and accommodating. They originally sent me a replacement pump because I forgot to tell them I threw the whole unit away. I reached back out expecting them to either ask me to return the pump or tell me I was out of luck since we didn’t have the original fountain but sure enough a week later we received a new unit in the mail and got to keep the replacement pump. This completely blew me away, especially after having negative experiences with other sellers. My faith was totally renewed in the brand and company. I feel it was a fluke the pump on the first unit went bad so quickly because the replacement has been working great with constant running. Now we have a back up pump in case anything happens too. Also it’s good to know we can just replace the pump instead of the whole unit (we didn’t realize that when we had the first one). We will be sticking with this brand.. they have a customer for life with us as long as they are in business. The filters are reasonably priced too. Love this purchase and love the seller!

This is a fantastic little watering bowl for our dog. She loves the two levels and the water seems to be nice and clean all the time. The noise is non-existent provided you keep the reservoir filled with water. It will make a gurgling, sputtering sound when there is not enough water. We find that we have to fill it every three days. The manufacture recommends washing the reservoir regularly which will prevent gross stuff from growing. It is super easy to clean.The bowl is supposed to have an LED in the reservoir that shines through the clear plastic water level indicator. Ours does not generally work. Well it has flickered on once or twice. Frankly I do not care and it does not affect the water quality, so I did not deduct any stars.I would say buy it if you are still doing research. It is a great bowl for a dog. (I suppose cats might like it too - but our cat has a different bowl all of his own).

The sponge filter is a nuisance. Plain and simple.Pros: Holds a lot of water.The LED light acts as a nightlight, and it can be switched off.Cleaning is easy, but not as easy as other makers.The power cord 8s plenty long enough.Cons: The sponge filter gets clogged with fur too quickly.Water level is difficult to determine when the light is on.It's much slower then other fountains to refill.Cleaning brushes should've been included.Carbon filters aren't reafily available at a pet store.

I have two small dogs (20lbs each). One is 10 years old and, before the fountain, drank from his stainless steel water bowl once a day. We live in Houston, so, as I'm sure you know, it can be a little warm here (okay, maybe a little more than a little warm - last week we had multiple days with triple digit temperatures). We were always amazed by how little water he drank.So I decided to upgrade to this fountain (I purchased two for our house). The main reason I decided to upgrade was because I was tired of changing out the water daily and wiping the bowls out. The fountain was very easy to assemble and I had it up and running in less than ten minutes.After some initial apprehension from my dogs, my puppy finally decided to be bold, live life, and go for a drink from the new fountain. So then, of course, my older dog had to see what was up. Long story short, they both love the fountain and my older dog has gone from drinking water once a day to seven or eight times a day. My puppy loves playing in the water and thoroughly enjoys it (at my expense of cleaning it up, though).I do have some comments and recommendations for future purchasers of this fountain. I don't know what the new thing is about products needing to have some type of light show in them but I find it extremely tacky. There is a button on the cord where you can turn the lights off, though, which is nice. And the fountain will start blinking red when the water level is very low, so that is a positive.The instructions recommend changing the water and filter once a week. I found that the "sweet spot" for changing the filter and cleaning the product is two weeks. I see reviews on here that say they haven't cleaned the fountain out in two months and it makes me want to vomit. Just because the product has a filter doesn't mean it never needs to be cleaned. When I clean the fountain out at two weeks, there is the beginning of slime and the filters are gross, so I can't imagine what the fountain is like when you don't clean it for two months. By the way, when I mean clean the fountain I mean take the whole thing apart and wipe down all of the surfaces and pump with paper towels otherwise that slime you left behind is just going to keep growing.In short, great product.

La capacidad que tiene de agua es bastante, tengo 3 gatos en casa y antes tenia que diario estar llenando la fuente, con esta fuente nueva es casi cada 4 dias :D es muy facil de instalar y literal no se escucha nada, realmente muy silenciosa :p y mucho mas facil que limpiar que las otras fuentes que he tenido.

Absolutely best fountain to get, barely can hear it run, especially when it is low on water. Holds tons of water my cat loves it. By far the best fountain to get!

Facil de instalar pero necesita mantenimiento constante y los filtros no son tan sencillos de encontrar, no podría recomendarlo por esa razón
