I have purchased more than a lifetimes worth of LED string lights and in the end, have always returned them. To me, there is just no LED comparison to the cozy, romantic glow of your traditional incandescent bulb. However, my family’s push to be a little more conservative with electrical use has put me on the never ending search for a “greener” setup above my computer. For almost two years (That’s when my final strand of traditional string lights died) I have lived with a dull office. I couldn’t stand the sterilized bright white color of the newest LED string lights, and if that wasn't the problem, then there was this constant flicker that would, for some reason, trigger my migraines. Time after time I was tempted by the cheaper price of traditional string lights, but was determined to be more responsible. After getting the urge once more, I came to Amazon and continued my search for the impossible. The perfect, warm white, LED string light. I came across these and noted that I hadn’t ordered them before. They came with your typical yellow edited image that all the others have, to hide the fact they’re actually soft white. I was skeptical, as always, but purchased the 200 count LED strand anyway. They arrived in great condition, neatly wrapped and organized. They had quite a bit of heft to them which was impressive. I took them to my dark bedroom to plug them in, having every intention of being disappointed then having to make a return trip to the post office the next day. Into the outlet they went and when the lights turned on, I was left speechless. I had to do a double, no! triple take. They were absolutely beautiful. I then began to search high and low for a flicker. There was none to be seen. I almost let out tears of joy (and I mean that). I couldn’t believe it. Finally, after two years, I found the closest and most ideal replacement for my warm white incandescent string lights. Now, they obviously don’t have that deep glow of a hot, amber colored filament, but the color they cast is warm, soft, and romantic. It appears that the color is from the actual diode it self, as the cover, or cap, on them is clear and not colored to appear yellowed. Shown in the photos I posted. It has several features such as a twinkle, slo-glo, combination, and waves. Just to name a few. Each one, beautiful and work as described. There is even a convenient label on the actual power box that tells you which functions there are, also photographed. I included a video of what I believe to be the “Twinkle” mode. The connectors allow for multiple strands to be joined and are incredibly user friendly as well as functional. It has a threaded sleeve that prevents the connector from being yanked out which is also labeled according to the polarity (+ or -) for which direction it is to be plugged in, also shown with pictures. I’m not an expert on lights, but the LED’s included in these look different from most others I’ve used, where as they have a much longer sleeve or shaft that connects the diode to the wire, as shown. The lights are sturdy and feel very well made. They are surprisingly heavy and each one lit up perfectly. There is an excess remainder of wire that contains no diodes that allows you to hang or run them fairly far away from a power source, although this would probably be a minor hindrance if you were planing to combine several strands as you’d be left with a long portion of unlit wire to try and hide. This worked to my advantage, however. I will 100%, no doubt, be reordering these. Please, for the love of everything do not change anything about these strand lights. I was blown away, by not only the color, but the actual quality that are in these lights. Truly, one of my best purchases from Amazon.

Back in 2022, I bought 5 strands of these lights in the red, white and blue. It was the 98 foot, 300 led lights. These lights are amazinggggggg!!!!!!. I get so excited every year when I get them put up and night comes so I can turn them on. My video and pictures just can't capture how bright they really are. I could not be happier with them. I'm sad, I have wanted more of them but they don't have these in the same length as I bought before. But these get a 100% greatness from me. My bfay is on July 5th and I grew up celebrating it on the 4th. So the 4th of July is a big deal for me. This year when the country turns 250 I will be celebrating my 50th. I was born on July 5th 1976. The year of our BiCentennial. I collect Bi Centennial stuff and now I'm collecting the 250 Semiquincentennial stuff. These lights are going to be so awesome for my decorating this year.

I never write reviews but in my opinion lights are a hard purchase. Hope this helps. The length is great. Allows you to wrap around outdoor railings to create a a magical setting for any outdoor patio. Check the length because you may need only a few strings. The cord is clear which I didn’t realize when purchasing but perfect. It won’t clash with your deck or railing colors. Or look like Christmas string lights. The little lights themselves are beautiful. Again the shape isn’t a typical holiday light therefore looks great for summer mood lighting. I purchased four boxes and only needed three to do my deck. So easy to connect. The connectors are nice too. They can easily be tucked away that you can’t see where you connected the next string. Great purchase. I’ll purchase more to do the front porch since they are such a nice warm glow. Perfect if you wanted to wrap a tree like fancy outdoor dinning restaurants. Great summer lighting.

We used these lights to illuminate the ceiling of a covered screened in porch. Pros: Warm white light was perfect brightness and color for our taste. No garish bluish tone. Length of cord between plug and first bulb was super long (6 feet or more.) Cons: Remote control is positioned along cord approximately 8 inches from plug - NOT handy to find/use/affix to a wall, etc. Finally, the reason I would look for a different string next time. There is no way to “lock” twinkle pattern on your preferred pattern or simply constant on. Eight pattern options mean you must click through every pattern to turn the lights off. I didn’t realize how annoying this would be! We’re keeping the lights because the sale price was good, we’ve already got them all affixed on the ceiling (we used command clips), and they ARE cute.

I bought these to go under the edge of my garage and around the side of my house. I have yet to put them up for Christmas, but when I plugged them in, they were very bright and pretty. They are not warm and yellow, but more of a blue-white. Once I hang them and see them outside of the bundle they came wrapped in, I will post an update. I can say mine did not come with a remote, they came with a little wall plug box with the button on it. I was curious about the remote, and wondered if the extension with the button and little box could serve as the remote, so I unscrewed it and screwed the lights directly onto the outlet plug, leaving the extension off with the button. If that makes sense. That didn't control them, so I suppose I will just have to turn them off manually, which I'm fine with. I guess it will give me time to see how long they really last since I sleep a lot and work long hours. I can check on them from my home cams. Excited to see what they look like and if they withstand the weather here in FL.

After spending my time hunting down which lights I would like and measuring how many feet I would need, I decided to go with the twinkle star lights because it seemed like the perfect compromise between price and quality. I ordered three sets of 83 ft lights thinking I would get a total of 249 ft of lights.... Enough for what I wanted to do. I opened all three boxes, and the quality seemed better than what was advertised. Every bulb worked, I could connect the strands with ease, there was plenty of " excess" cord between the wall plug and the first light on the strand, they looked completely weather proof, and I could disconnect the wall plug from the strands I wanted to connect together easily. I was completely satisfied, and thought I found a better deal than I was expecting. I put up the three strands of lights, and it was much shorter than I thought it was going to be. I thought I did something wrong. I took down the lights and re-ran them tighter but still ended up quite short. I ordered three more boxes to have plenty of excess for future years of Christmas lights because I was so happy with the product. WHEN THE NEXT ORDER ARRIVED, I REALIZED THAT I HAD RECEIVED ALL 6 TOTAL BOXES AT 66 ft IN LENGTH INSTEAD OF 83 ft. The lights are great, but if I knew that they were only 66 ft I probably wouldn't have ordered them for the price that I paid. I will update my review if I receive two more strands to compensate for the additional 102 feet of lights that I paid for. DO NOT BE TRICKED BY THE FALSE ADVERTISING. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE 83 ft AS EXPECTED. This is the first time that I have not been able to trust a product description on Amazon. I sincerely hope that they make this right. Update: Despite the inaccurate feet of lights listed, I do really like these lights. I've had them two years and they have withstood the rain flawlessly. The seller did send me more lights. They connect to each other easily and the excess cord is detachable and comes in very handy when running the lights to the outlet or across open areas. I only wish they would advertise clearly that you would only get 66ft of lights. With the quality of the product, I have changed my mind and I would recommend them for this price.

They were easy to set up and rearrange for our Christmas tree or used as window curtain lights. They barely get tangled and have lasted two years now with daily use. True to size. The timers work for different light pattern options. It gives the living room a soft relaxing glow.

Needed one more set as the tree in pic now has 4 sets total. Very reasonable price to decorate a large tree! The design of the lights , wires and bulbs design is very robust. Never had any issues even with light sets left out for over a year now. Especially in our very wet west coast Canada weather I found it easier to wrap the lights onto a cord caddy then wrap the tree limbs trunk etc. be mindful of what end you start with.

Product is OK. But delivery took longer than expected, 4 days longer despite I have pay more to choose for expedite shipment. Price for shipment is higher than the product itself.
