just a tip for future users, drill a small hole in the nut holder & slide a panel pin through the hole & in to the nut & it never fails ..... i personally don't like killing anything but you can,t be over run with an infestation either !

I’ve caught 2 mice in 2 days the traps work well it’s just finding the right bait I’ve found peanut but to be the best so far I smear it over the red plate so they have to step on it and lick it. Seems to be working a treat.

Strong easy to use

Once you get the hang of setting them and the right amount of bait they work very well.Can be a little bit fiddly but worth it.We used peanut butter.Trap laid in the morning by the following morning we had caught one.

Had others with the yellow band that seemed to fail after first use. These are exactly the same but with a red band and trap platform. Like the previous model, they are very hard to set as they do not catch the bar everytime. Any slight movement while you try to position it sets the spring off. Only time will tell if they are better than before. I would love to have had the feeder cup as removable as it would make filling much easier. On the good side, they are much easier to see on the floor. Will update the review once I have used them for a bit longer.

The little guys took the bait out of three of these in one night. What did for them was not these traps but an old fashiened wooden Little Nipper. I'll try again with peanut butter or something sticky they can't just take. But first experience unimpressive.

They definitely work. Loaded the traps with peanut butter. Placed in our garage. Collecting mice every day.
