The size runs a little small, bought M (M 5'3" 152 lb) Would help if it had one more run of eyelets. Keeping it as I plan to decrease my waist. Very comfortable and feels like it will work. I have some back issues. The support was wonderful and helped to decrease back aches, which I was not expecting. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using the Yianna waist trainer for two weeks now and I love it! Not only is it super comfortable to wear throughout the day, but it actually works. My waist has already shrunk 2 cm, and I can feel (and see) the difference. It gives me that hourglass shape instantly, and it’s easy to move around in whether I’m working out or just running errands.The material is breathable, the fit is snug but not suffocating, and the quality is top tier. Sizing was accurate and it really does cinch your waist. I felt snatched so it definitely helps you to create a nice hourglass shape. Only negative was that it was a bit too long so maybe I should have tried the short torso. Idk how realistic it is to wear daily but I think I’m going to try. It did help my posture as well. It was not bulky. It was very hard to put on by myself. Like legit it was a workout to get this thing on and off lol. The material is very comfortable and a great quality of material. You could wear it with something thin underneath or nothing at all and you wouldn’t have issues.

just got this today because my birthday is coming up and i got a new dress, and i love it! i sized down to a small when i usually wear medium and it fits perfect , i just had to lay down to get it on a bit easier. the material is very good and comfortable, and it makes my body look 10x better. the durability of the material is very good, it’s pretty stretchy. 5/5 for sure

I was so excited to receive this product, but I was let down. The sizing guide was inaccurate for me. I did love the design, and the quality of the material. It seems very easy to button up too, I like how there’s multiple layers to button to adjust sizes. I was just disappointed in it being too small, I could barely get it across my back. I’m a size L usually and 175lbs at 5’4, and the Large was unfortunately way too small for me. I will order an XL this time because the waist trainer itself seemed to be really nice, and durable. The thickness seemed to be pretty comfortable too. I feel like I could wear this thing all day with no problems, I just need to Orr a larger size.

Love what this waist trainer has to offer. It’s not your typical shapewear; it truly functions as a trainer.I’ve struggled with lower belly fat my whole life. No matter what I tried—diet, cardio, weightlifting—nothing seemed to help (I might slim down, but no way achieved the hourglass figure nor getting rid of the fat pouch completely). Yes, it was a little uncomfortable at first, especially during the first week when it left some redness from pressure, but after a couple of weeks, it started to feel natural. I often forget I’m even wearing it. It also really helps with maintaining good posture.Just one month in, I can already see my curves becoming more defined. I’ve even moved on to the second row of hooks! My goal is to eventually fit into an XS.That said, I want to stress the importance of pairing this with proper diet and exercise. Yes, the trainer works—but like others have said, your lifestyle plays a huge role in the results.
