Works on 220v? Display temp in celsius?

No this is a US 120v and temp is in Fahrenheit Ask seller there is an 220v version of this unit but this is not.

Where can I buy other tips that will fit this unit ?

Sufficient for capacitor replacement on thick pc motherboards?

If you are doing surface mount work, the thickness of the PCB is not likely to be a significant factor, and this device can get more than hot enough anyway. Of course, this device is not suitable for doing through-hole capacitor replacement - for that one needs a pump-driven desoldering tool.
