Only used once so far. I like it alot better than the face shield I had been using. I can breath better through the mesh, so no fogging up. Clarity and vision is great. The mesh is very strong to protect your face from debris while weed eating. Comfortable and light compared to the shield I use to wear. Assemble takes a minute to figure out but simple. Easy to clean and a great value.

As others have noted, there are no instructions on how to assemble this. If you've ever worn a similar helmet, you have a head start on putting it together, but it will still take a bit of trial and error. My 7-year-old daughter helped me put it together and we treated it like a puzzle, so assembly was actually quite fun. The mesh shield is nice for breathability. The headband shape feels more circular than oval, but it does conform to my head shape once it's snugged down. The flip-up range of the shield is more limited than I'd prefer, but flipping it up is mostly to get a quick drink of water. My existing over-the-head ear protection doesn't fit over the helmet, so I might have to investigate some alternative solution there.

chinese made. seems solid. after stuggling to put it together with pliers and no instructions. I dont know why i was sent 2 units. Ive been using it for 10hrs, comfortable and no problems. i dont sweat much and the forhead pad works fine. visibility is good. If you have a cone head or bowling ball head the knobs will adjust for that. i like the yellow color and easy to find, just dont be throwing it around. I will tackle assembley of the other mask soon. I use ear plugs as i hate ear muffs which these units dont have. I like the price and delivery was like 3 days.

I found this face shield on Amazon and honestly, I can't believe what a deal it is. For the price of one of the expensive models, I could buy five of these and still come out ahead. I used it the same day it arrived and was practically rooting for something to hit me in the face just to test it out. Sure enough, my string trimmer launched a rock or a small stick right at me—and this shield deflected it without a scratch. The mesh screen is a game-changer: no fogging, great visibility, and full protection for your eyes, mouth, and face. Assembly took under 2 minutes, and it adjusts quickly with a simple knob at the forehead. Lightweight, effective, and a no-brainer for the price. If you're a casual weekend warrior who wants solid protection without overpaying for pro-grade gear you’ll rarely use—this is the face shield to buy.

It was great on all fronts, my dogs ended up using it as a chew toy but that’s my fault. 10 out 10 recommend, would be great if you offered it in other colors. I can't even make the excuse of "this was cheap, so you shouldn't expect it to be of high quality" for this product. The parts provided to assemble this face mask are not only flimsy, I can only conclude they were manufactured incorrectly. There are two components that slide over the plastic screw that are supposed to limit the range of movement for the visor to 90° so you can flip it up and flip it down as you're using it. The problem is one of the bushing face BACKWARDS. Even if you swap sides (the parts have L and R for left and right but I ignored them to check) the problem is not solved. The other issue that leads me to believe it was not made correctly is the one part's semi-circle construction isn't perpendicular to the whole part. It's crooked, something not mirrored by the other part. I saw another review that shows how they put it together, I agree that's a valid way to make it "just work", but that's not how it's intended to work because they fundamentally flubbed the design or there are enough parts manufactured incorrectly for it to be inconsistent. If you are satisfied with a cheap face shield that can't be rotated and is "good enough" to give you protection, this is will probably work for you. Otherwise, don't bother with this poorly manufactured and shipped rubbish, Harbor Freight probably has better quality protective gear.

Works great, keeps the junk out of your face. Must have for string trimming. Little on the cheap side but for the price absolutely can’t complain. Assembly was a little difficult due to the screw knobs. But my only real complaint is the paint on the face guard mesh is not great, as you can see there’s a significant amount of rust startling to form. And I only started using it towards the end of the season, but those are replaceable. I have the adjustments nearly maxed out, but I have a large head & wear it over a hat. Still enough to tighten & loosen though. Fits well. Light. Can see very clearly. & it has held up just fine so far, aside from that bit of rust. 10/10 recommend, would buy again.

Product is pretty good but the assembly instructions were poor and are needed for the shield attachment points. There was a flat dimpled piece of plastic that was shown in the diagram but it was not clear how it was supposed to fit. I could not make it fit so left them off and the shield works. Good product but be prepared to possibly spend time figuring out that part of the assembly.

Packaged well. Quick delivery. Husband was very surprised with great quality! Seems sturdy. Easy to adjust.
