This product really works. I had acrylic nails on for four weeks and after being removed my nails were a real mess. Thin, cracking and peeling. This product has brought them back to strong healthy nails.

I recently cut my long hair to my shoulders, while I don't hate it, I'm definitely missing the length. I have been taking Biotin alone to speed up the process but came across NutraZest Hair, Skin and Nails and wanted to try. I love the fact that these have so much Biotin! One of the pills I was taking before only contained 1000 mcg. One pill alone of the NutraZest contains 3,000mcg! And the suggested use is anywhere from 1-3 pills daily! These not only contain the most wanted biotin, but many many many other vitamins and minerals. This product is meant to support health hair growth, nourish and hydrate skin, maintain strong nails, and provide antioxidants. The pills are a decent size, not hard to swallow. They do have a smell to them, not a bad smell but they definitely are not odorless. Neither of which cause a problem for me taking them. I've started out just taking one a day. It's hard to see vast changes within only a week, but so far I have noticed my hair is softer, and my nails stronger. Always having very week and brittle short nails, I haven't noticed much difference in the growth of my fingernails but I've already had to trim my toenails twice! I believe this is the first time I have ever read the reviews of a product in which ALL reviews were free trial reviews. That is very strange. I really liked the ingredients list in this supplement, but am leary due to the fact that all of these reviews are free trials.

I really need to stop purchasing vitamins and related items that claim to do so much. It's either the product, or me. These had no effect on my hair or skin after a full month.
