Best carry option for Ruger LC9 or LC380!
This is hands down the best carry option for the Ruger LC9 or LC380. Yes, this clip works flawlessly with the LC380, and eliminates [MY] need for any other holster (see below).First, to dispel another review: NO, this clip does NOT interfere with the take down pin. It does not interfere with anything on the gun, including your grip or trigger finger when "off trigger".Second, regarding install issues. Keep in mind the same force will be needed to install the included pin as will be necessary to remove the factory pin. Will it be tight? Probably. Will it align perfectly before installation. Probably not. Will it work for your gun? Yes, as long as it's a Ruger LC9 or LC380. For the LCP380, you need a different model clip.Proper method for install (assumes RH model): Remove factory pin. Remove the threaded screw from included pin. Insert included Pin from left side of gun, all the way into the gun (tap lightly with mallet if necessary) until the panhead of the pin sits flush with the gun. Insert the screw through the hole in the clip first, then place the threads of the screw into up to the pin (now in the gun) and start tightening. This is the only way to adjust for slight manufacturing differences between gun and clip. Tighten securely and you're done.#1 reason I like this clip is that it supports many different carry options instantaneously without requiring me to switch holsters. ie: if I'm carrying in the front pocket of my jeans, but then need to use that pocket for something else (ie: cell phone) I can just move the gun to in the waste band carry. If it's warm and I'm wearing shorts, easily sits in a cargo pocket. And sometimes my "favorite carry position" doesn't fit every situation or every article of clothes (ie: bowling). With this clip I no longer have to plan ahead and carry a different holster (or get stuck hiding my gun in my shoes). I just move to a different carry position. Couldn't be simpler, and definitely increases the likelihood I will carry 100% of the time.Pros: Easy to install (see above) and is secure. Supports multiple carry options instantaneously without the need to have multiple holsters. Increases the likelihood of 100% carry dramatically, at least for me.Cons: None for the clips functionality. Only con is price and seller options. Why don't more sellers offer these clips?

Best Discreet Concealed Carry Option For The Ruger LC9 !
A great product well designed and engineered with simplicity itself! Installation is accomplished in under five minutes by the expedient replacement of one single pin! Instructions are adequate, if not well illustrated, and those complaining about installation difficulties simply have not read and followed the simple instruction steps! This belt clip has revolutionized my respect for the little LC9 as a daily carry gun, in that it enables carry of this little 9mm weapon very discreetly, even in the summer time when only wearing a tee-shirt or tank top. Carry is secure, and accessible. The only downside to carrying this way during the summer is that direct skin contact with the gun results in surface rust developing on the slide due to body oils, and perspiration. This is no reflection on the belt clip, but rather the alloy and finish of the firearm itself. Application of high quality automotive auto wax to the exterior metal surfaces of the gun greatly mitigates the adverse effects of body contact with these guns. This product allows carrying the LC9 in just about any social setting without the added bulk and conspicuousness of a holster, yet is very secure at all times. This clip is very durable, and made from a very high quality of spring steel that maintains its secure tension even after repeated, prolonged use.Would I buy this product again? Yes, in fact I have for yet another one of these guns for my wife. It is simply the very best carry option for discreet concealment of the Ruger LC9, while not interfering with holster carry when, and if, desired.

A good addition for any in-pants pistol carry
Well conceived; some assembly problems. The clip kit is well designed and well made and the directions are reasonably clear. There was no problem opening the container. After the pistol frame pin was removed and the screw pin inserted in its place, I found that the clip screw hole was a fraction of a mm off. Faced with drilling the screw hole in the clip slightly larger, or bending the end of the clip slightly to move the clip forward over the screw hole, I did the latter very carefully, and the assembly was completed. This greatly facilitates an in-pants carry, since it reduces the bulk of a holster, and assures that the pistol will not drop down your pants leg at some inopportune time, such as standing in line at the checkout counter, lol. Be aware that the pistol no longer has the holster protection against perspiration, and I suggest keeping the tiny screw wrench in case there is any loosening of the clip after extended practice firing. The clip is very unobtrusive, blends well with the pistol, and I encountered no problems in handling or normal holstering.
