Perfect just what I needed to solve my problem and I do like the fact that it lights up when it's on the last one I had did not light up so ultimately I wasn't sure if it was my laptop laptop battery or the cord I crossed my fingers hoping it was the cord and it definitely was because as soon as this one arrived it lit up plugged in and charged my laptop awesome thank you! It was definitely a good value it is not hot at all while it's charging and again I like the functionality of the light on it and it charges fast

This is a good product at a good price that gets the job done. My only complaint is that the plug in that goes into the computer is not very tight - unlike the original. Therefore, it occasionally pops out.

I guess I need to pay more attention to the small details like the exact model number of my laptop, and not just search for acer aspire 5. The tip is too small, it inserts into my laptop but the fit is loose and the charger just falls back out. I just bought this charger and one from a different brand to replace my original acer charger, that I hoped to have as a spare/backup. I have rated the other charger too. I will not be returning either one, just passing them along to someone who can use them. I was in a hurry when I made these purchases, because my damaged charger is cutting in and out and is now scotch-taped in place so I can still use my laptop. I was so disappointed when the chargers came and didn't fit. I found my full model number a515 43 r19l, and found a charger whose tip matches my original charger.

It works perfectly with my laptop. It’s the best replacement charges my laptop very quickly. It’s good to be back up and running!

Got it to replace the charger I forgot on a trip. So far, seems to fit and is powering up my Acer A515-46. Due to the number of different Acer models and chargers, I came to realize that I couldn't be 100 percent sure this would work. Because I needed backup to this backup, I brought a second unit from a second seller - for a few dollars less. Both chargers appear identical, however one of them seems to fit just a bit better. Given that they are identical in every way, I have to assume the fit was just a question of factory variances. Both work and I'm keeping both, since they're less expensive than anything at a retailer.

EDIT; Seller contacted me and sent me a replacement. So far it is working as it should. Great seller, stands behind the products they sell. I've had this adapter for a few months and was working ok but recently it causes the touchpad on my acer aspire to act erratically making the computer nearly unusable. When I use the original adapter, no issues, when I am just on battery power no issues.
