Effective and Easy to take
I like that it provides both pain and heartburn relief at the same time. Overall, Alka-Seltzer is effective, easy to take, and definitely something I would recommend having at home for quick relief.

Better than I thought.... bought them for Vegas trip. Had a few drinks woke up had an alka-seltzer and alll my sickness went away. I was ready for a second round

Works as quickly and effectively as regular Cold Plus. No after effects.

Buyer BEWARE
Firstly let me say my husband used this and says it worked well but I'm going to give you a warning on my one and only experience. Hubby was sick took this, felt better so when it was my turn to get sick at the first sign of a sore throat I thought I'd give this a try too. BAD IDEA! See just before not feeling well I had a salad for dinner with a wonderful house vinaigrette and oil dressing. Almost immediately after drinking this it felt like a middle school science project Volcano was erupting in my belly! The pain was so horrendous it was like having the biggest burp stuck in my diaphragm but yet no burp would come. After an hour of pain I couldn't hold back the explosion and mount angry belly demanded relief. I don't think I've ever thrown up so hard in my life and that includes Tequila induced sick. Needless to say I'm too afraid now to try this again. So BEWARE! Do not use if you've eaten anything recently with vinger!

It works for me!
I think this flavor tastes better than others, and I find that this is good to take before bedtime, as it does make me a little sleepy.

Perfect
I love this stuff. I can put a package or two in my purse and take it to work. Yes I'm that person who goes to work when I'm feeling under the weather as long as I am not running a fever. This stuff works. I start at the first sign I feel something might be coming on.
