Windows 11 constantly Disconnects hardware and reconnects few seconds. Is there a new driver or is this a windows 11 issues?

Win11 has driver issues on some hardware, but USB is no often reported. Try different USB cable & different USB port. Test on different Win10, MAC, etc. Computer Tech for 38 years, moved clients to Win7 & Win10 as soon as available. Have BLOCKED Win11 on all client units. BTW - have Anker USB C & USB 3 to Ethernet adaptors on multiple Win10 & MAC O/S units of all types working fine.

If connected to a PoE switch, will this adapter also pass power to a phone or tablet?

Power will not pass through that way.

I have a security camera that is POE. I am looking to plug its ethernet cable into this, and the usb c into a power adapter. will this work?
