GundryMD ProPlant Complete Shake

I mix this up with my hand held blender in the evening with crushed ice and almond milk. It stops my snack craving. Makes me feel full, helps with bowel movement and I feel better at night. I love the flavor. My wife always wants to share with me!

My favorite chocolate smoothie mix - I’ve probably ordered a dozen times & think it’s delicious for what it is. Has a rich cocoa flavor, great fiber & nutrient content. I blend in my “bullet” with avocado, romaine, spinach, ginger, coconut milk & water. Often frozen banana & sometimes mint, almond, peanut powder for change up.

Recieved today and immediately made a shake in blender with water and ice cubes. Within 10 minutes I felt hunger subside. I like the choc taste. It is definitely more cocoa flavor than choc which I prefer. I did detect artificial sweetener which is not my preference but I will tolerate if it works. I’m currently suffering digestive issues which I hope it will help resolve. This is one step toward better health and I’m optimistic.

The product was not gritty like others. I tasted very good ,delicious when used with cold coconut milk or vanilla soy milk. Hoping it will speed up my fat burning cells, help lower blood pressure .

The powder stays gritty and bitter. Very disappointed in this product.

Too sweet, taste like medicine not a chocolate shake. Way too thick. Stopped taking it after 3-4 times.

Tastes great, fills me up, cuts cravings, agrees with me. Delicious! I tried recipe on the back and I love that too! It is so nutritious! Thank you for making this!

Hard to stur to a smooth consistency. I bought a protein mix shaker and it is a little better. Shake gets too thick before i am done drinking. I haven't tried making a smoothie but that might help. I would not buy again.
