Ariella Hemorrhoid Treatment Gel - Cleaner and Easier Application Than Hemorrhoid Cream and Hemorrihoid Ointment - Best for Burning Itching Pain Relief - 6 Applicators Included

I've been suffering from chronic hemmorhoids for more than 5 years so I've tried many products over the years. The only feedback I have for the Ariella gel treatment is that you should make the syringe tip bigger. It is extremely painful to use a very thin syringe tip like the one you currently have and it stabs into my exposed hemmorhoids and makes them worse from the irritation. Please have a look at the shape of rectal suppositories (like Anusol), it has a rounded tip (like the pad of your finger), this will allow for a more comfortable application.

I am currently on a harsh cancer treatment and my poor bottom has been through the mill. Having unexpected constipation then burning diarrhoea and a lot of irritation. The problem seemed to be sore inside and going to the toilet was like passing glass. It took me a good 30 minutes just to recover my breath then had pain and throbbing for days. It was quite honestly the most awful side effects from my cancer treatment.You get six treatments and I used one syringe overnight. I only needed probably one or two treatments to cure the problem until the next chemo treatment. I found it very effective. It’s in a syringe and wasn’t too difficult to use. I got a slightly warm uncomfortable feeling for about 20 minutes after application. Yet the next day when I went to the toilet I was 90% better no burning and 100% by the following day. It’s very different from using a suppository and I found just a lot more effective than what the nurses recommended from the chemist.It’s not the nicest subject but if you are suffering then you are reading this review and it’s worth giving these a go. It’s quite unusual to use the syringe but don’t be too put off as it’s not difficult at all. I was happy to find something different after trying everything else.I received an Amazon gift card for my review but this is my honest and true opinion. I would have probably reviews anyway as it’s the only thing I found that worked. Their cream is good too for immediate numbing but I found this solved the problem.

After using numerous products to rrefuce the discomfort caused by Hammerhoid, I would say that this has been the most effective of all. It acts fast and reduces the pain.

At first I thought this was fantastic, as it's very quick pain relief. After a while though, I became less pleased with it, as it isn't super long lasting. I often found myself having to use another cream or suppository a few hours later. It's good for quick relief though, for when the pain or discomfort gets to be too much. I tried it for 2 weeks, in the hopes of seeing serious improvements, but I don't know how much it helped long term.

… why did they have to make it brown? That’s caused me a shock or two. Nevertheless, very effective.

Relief from pile pain. I was a bit unsure of this product when it arrived as one of the items was opened. A customer had returned it and then I received the item. I was not happy so I started a return. In the meantime my piles were still sore itchy and bothersome. So I made a grab for the ariela pile treatment. I had to get myself in a comfy position so that I could inject the syringe of fluid. Its not a needle just a tube of fluid. Make sure that you line your underwear with a couple of sheets of tissue as the fluid will leak and leave a mess. I used two syringes of this treatment and the result is almost instant. 2 days later I was all clear. The pain was gone as were the piles .I am very glad that I used this product as it worked ever so well. I was so grumpy with the pain of piles. This product has given me so much relief.

Bought a different cream / gel from this company that was great did the job, stopped the problem. Obviously it didn’t go away but this company Arielle have stopped doing that product and produced something awful, found it painful to use too. It’s messy and tricky to use. It slightly worked but not enough to make me leave a great review…due to the expense discomfort and mess no I won’t be buying this again. Don’t like to leave this review but felt you needed to know.
